Professional Guide throughout the whole process.
Andrew has a refreshing calm demeanour and is a very successful salesman. He is confident in his advice and takes a pragmatic and knowledgeable lead in proceedings. I was delighted with his handling of my recent house sale which hit a few road bumps along the way. Andrew was a very reassuring voice in the stressful system of the English housing market.My advice to future vendors is that you can be sure Andrew will be with you through the whole process. I can wholly recommend the team at Colebrook Seccombes. The team, Andrew, Anne, Majella and Shelley were brilliant from beginning to completion in helping us sell our house. You get the sense throughout they really care about your plans and have compassion for just how stressful selling a house can be! Communication was often and they kept pushing through to completion. I think these are rare traits in the industry having sold houses before with other agents. Pricing was fair in comparison to other quotes. The team's knowledge of complex issues was also very welcomed during the negotiation period. If you want an enthusiastic group of people who will properly look after you, then I encourage you to get in touch with the team there.

Andrew and team have been very professional in dealing with evaluating and selling our property, from start to finish. Andrew initially did an evaluation on our late fathers property for Probate purposes. He then took on the sale of the property. The valuation of the property in our opinion was extremely accurate and inline with other similar properties. Every step of the sale was managed by Andrew and team. They are a very proactive team and dealt with any issues that had to be dealt with, very efficiently. They kept all parties up to date on progress, Buyer, seller and Solicitors. Moving the sale through the process as efficiently as possible.
I would definitely recommend Colebrook Seccombes to anybody looking for a Probate evaluation and for selling your property.

I wouldn’t recommend. If I can give negative star rating, I would. Made us pay for general wear and tear on paint. There were things that were in the contract such as as a chip on the cooker that was already there prior to us moving in and that was still charged to us when we left. Everytime something in the house needs repairing (eg: old pipe burst) the agent J told us it’s because we don’t turn the heating on, we then said there’s not even a radiator in the room, she just said “oh, is there no radiator?” When I tried to argue about the deductions in our deposit, it was ignored. In the end I just gave up because I didn’t have the time and energy to continue arguing. I’m glad there are other letting agents now in Kineton. Avoid Seccombes at all cost if you are wanting to rent.

We were very happy with Andrew and the team at Colebrook Seccombes when we bought our first house with them five years ago, so we decided to use them again when selling our house in February, they managed to achieve the full asking price for us within a few weeks and were brilliant with letting us know about viewings / updates. Eight weeks later we had completed and the whole process went very smoothly. We can’t recommend them highly enough, everyone we dealt with was brilliant and very friendly. Thank-you!

We have been dealing with Colebrook Seccombes as the purchaser of a property they are selling. We have found the Colebrooks agents have been incredibly helpful at every stage of the purchase so far. Viewings were a pleasure, as they left us to wonder around when we needed to and make up our own minds about the property but also very knowledgeable about the vendors the property and the local area.
They were the best estate agents we dealt with when viewing properties to buy by far!
