We have recently sold a property and purchased our new family home with Peter Cuffaro estate agents and couldn’t recommend them more!
Having previously tried to sell with another estate agent with no luck, Pete gave us the confidence to try again and not only got us sold, but at 15k more than another estate agent said we would achieve.
From start to finish Pete and Ted’s communication was excellent. They were professional but friendly, and explained things clearly.
Would 100% use them again in the future and have already recommended them to other people!

We wanted to sell our flat in Stanstead Abbotts within a specific timescale and parameters and spoke to the three agents in Stanstead Abbotts. Two looked at me as if I belonged on a different planet - "sorry we just sell properties, we put them on-line and people maybe buy them - don't confuse us - we don't think"
The third, Peter Cuffaro, sat down, listened to what I had to say and said - "okay, let's give it a go" Result - sold within 3 weeks, exchanged and completed in little over 4 weeks!
This firm understand the property market and will go that bit further - great firm.

Peter and Ted made our whole moving experience so easy. Peter negotiated on our behalf with our buyer and also with the estate agent who we were purchasing from. He chased solicitors on all sides of our sale giving regular updates of how far though the process we were. Ted handled all the showings and did an amazing portfolio of pictures with interactive video. Ted was very good with feedback back from viewings and both him and Pete were available to answer any of our questions or concerns quickly.

We're currently in a chain which involves Peter Cuffaro, he is not our estate agent but working for one of the home owners earlier in the chain. If it wasn't for Peter this chain would have collapsed weeks ago, he's amazing. Takes a personal interest in seeing everything through and keeps the communication alive even though it isn't his problem to keep us in the loop he takes time out to talk to us and explain what's going on when we call him. Peter Cuffaro is a credit to his profession and thoroughly deserving of a glowing review! Even though he dealt with our purchase a year ago now, I felt compelled to leave a review now that he is running his own agency. He was absolutely instrumental in getting us to completion under very trying circumstances. Every problem, he had a resolution. Every call/email he responded to immediately, even out of working hours! Nothing was too much trouble even when things were looking hopeless. Peters knowledge and personable approach were invaluable. Our experience with Peter Cuffaro has been nothing short of incredible. From the outset Peter and his team were so knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, warm and found us a house which checked off the majority of our wish-list. The breath of experience was evident from our first viewing, Peter was able to help us visualise the space as if we had already moved in due to how much he knew about the property, and gave us helpful suggestions throughout. Is it ethical to send prospective purchasers to view a £900k house (in Hertford Heath) without telling them that it will be in the middle of a building site soon? Also, a brand new 5 bed, 5 bath house will dwarf the property shortly. 2 prospective purchasers have already spoken to neighbours when they visited the site - and they had not been told about these very material facts. No wonder Estate Agents get a poor name.
