We highly recommend Oliver Minton’s and are repeat customers, Linda and Sarah were fantastic throughout. Both are extremely knowledgeable and proactive, giving excellent advice. Our house sold after the open day held by Linda and for above the asking price. We encountered issues on our buyers sale (via a different agent) and their big conveyancing company. Sarah was amazing and in effect pushed both their and our sale through. She was on the case and determined to make it happen, Linda also helped and kept in touch.
We are finally able to move to our dream home and it’s only possible due to the level of professionalism demonstrated by Sarah and Linda - so a massive thank you to them both.

oliver minton was great / outstanding in the way they dealt with the sale of my flat at cambridge court in puckeridge .
oliver minton mediated the deal perfectly ...sarah hodson made sure the deal went smoothly ....it may well have been a different story if sarah wasnt dealing with both sides soliceters etc
it was vital for the deal to go smoothly .

Don't give any qaulity care to tenants. Leave repairs dangerously long. Not very approachable people in the office. Their loyalty is with the owners of the property not the tenant's.

Not an easy review to write as there were difficult elements during my sale transaction that were clearly outside of their control but overall, a very unhappy customer. Linda and Oliver were both great and worked hard to overcome those difficulties but they were clearly let down by one or two other members of their team. The utterly unfriendly and almost ‘frosty’ reception I received when dropping my keys into the Stanstead Abbotts office on completion day was disappointing to say the least, punctuated by the absence of any acknowledgement or thanks for my business thereafter (which I would’ve thought was ‘standard’ however insincere it might be). Very much left with the feeling that they’ve had my money and that’s all that matters to them. With the best will in the world, I could not recommend them to anyone and I’d suggest that if you are in the market for buying or selling in the area, do yourself a big favour and take your business elsewhere.
