Don't give any qaulity care to tenants. Leave repairs dangerously long. Not very approachable people in the office. Their loyalty is with the owners of the property not the tenant's.

Not an easy review to write as there were difficult elements during my sale transaction that were clearly outside of their control but overall, a very unhappy customer. Linda and Oliver were both great and worked hard to overcome those difficulties but they were clearly let down by one or two other members of their team. The utterly unfriendly and almost ‘frosty’ reception I received when dropping my keys into the Stanstead Abbotts office on completion day was disappointing to say the least, punctuated by the absence of any acknowledgement or thanks for my business thereafter (which I would’ve thought was ‘standard’ however insincere it might be). Very much left with the feeling that they’ve had my money and that’s all that matters to them. With the best will in the world, I could not recommend them to anyone and I’d suggest that if you are in the market for buying or selling in the area, do yourself a big favour and take your business elsewhere.

I was surprised to read the other google reviews. My recent experience of selling a property with Oliver Minton has been excellent - can't fault them. If in doubt, ask for Linda Francis - professional, understands the local area and a lovely person too!

By far the most incompetent estate agency I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
Marketed as "village & rural specialists", over the 18 months it took them to sell my rural property they showed nothing to suggest they have the first clue about how to market a village/farm residence.
Slow to act, poor advice, woeful communication, a catalogue of mistakes, incorrect marketing to potential buyers and the icing on the cake - the suggestion we lower the price within 2 weeks of lockdown hitting.
