Unfortunately the property we were buying fell through but the help and support that we had with Ben and Non was second to none and nothing was too much trouble and I can't recommend them highly enough, shame about the house but everything happens for a reason.

May update - still no rental payments received, (4 months owed) and also withholding bond from both myself and the tenant since Febuary. Kate is also one of the rudest people I have had to encounter throughout this ordeal, even her colleagues advised me to make a complaint about her to Luke which has also been ignored/no response since March. Currently going through a fraud investigation/insurance claim to resolve however they have advised that the cost of the claim will eliminate any money that is owed. The impact this has had on myself and my family has been horrendous and we are now left to pick up the pieces, all the while they are posting video's advertising they're new branches/awards and flash cars. The director even advertised a trip to the Sahara Dessert..you couldn't write it.
A lot of negative comments have been removed but I think I can speak for everyone when I say just avoid.
Since Peter Morgan have taken over this estate agents in Talbot Green, it has been awful. Much the same as the other reviews, I am owed 4 months rent. Also no response or acknowledgement from the action team who are supposed to be sorting out this absolute mess. I am ringing them more or less daily, with the usual 'I can't access the accounts, ill pass the message on or ill chase this up today'. The sales appear to be really good but as for rentals, I would advice anyone to avoid.
As a reply to your response, I do contact you directly every day!! And nothing gets sorted and my rent unfortunately has still not been paid.

I recently sold a property through Peter Morgan Talbot Green office.
Ever since I approached Peter Morgan Talbot Green about listing my property I've experienced professional, upbeat and helpful service and advice.
All the staff were friendly and helpful but i particularly want to thank Non. She was beyond helpful. Whenever I called wanting to ask a question or chase an update on the sale, I was always relieved whenever i called and Non was in the office. She was brilliant at chasing things, keeping me up to date and called me back when she said she would.
The experience of selling and purchasing a property is very stressful and I know the role is very difficult and I only hope I didnt make things more difficult with my constant pestering. Non was always reassuring and friendly. I'm very greatful for all her help.

Wow. I've never had an estate agents like it where they are so on the ball. Ben was absolutely amazing at getting my property on the market within four days of me instructing him and it being sold in six days. Also, the office team non-and Daisy are on the ball. I've always used Cardiff estste agents but can highly recommend these guys. Ben was honestly absolutely phenomenal.

I have recently sold my house with Peter Morgan Talbot Green.
Everyone within the team has been brilliant. The consistent communication and guidance has been really appreciated. Ben Todd has gone above and beyond countless times. He is always contactable, helpful and has moved appointments around/stayed late on many occasions. His attention to detail and quick thinking really make him brilliant at his job. Estate agents don't often get enough credit for the work they do and factors they have to navigate when the sale of the house is in difficult circumstances, the patience and support Ben (and amazing Non) have shown has been really appreciated. I've recommended and will continue to recommend to anyone local looking to sell.

Since the Talbot green Nicholas Micheal branch was taken over by Peter Morgan group in February - nothing but problems!! Consistently late paying out rent, reply only when they feel like it, absolutely pathetic excuses for their errors. What did I do to inherit such cowboys! Stay away

We have just sold our property through Nicholas Michael Estate agents and feel the need to share our experience with others. At the start Nicholas Michael were brilliant, Very understanding and helpful however my partner and I have now seen their true colours. When viewing our flat we were told by the agent to not bother telling the landlord about my dog who would be coming on the weekends as it was only the weekends but it stated they didn’t want pets here (when we moved in I did ask the landlord as she was on site and after asking if my dog was clean and well trained etc she agreed it would be okay to have him on the weekends) we were told when we picked up the keys to take photos of any issues which we have done. The landlords details were in the tenancy agreement so i emailed her about birds going into the roof, I then got an email off Nicholas Michael saying they don’t know where I got her email and to never contact her again following with them saying there’s no trace of birds in the roof but no one has been to the flat I then replied stating the other issues in the property not being renovated properly to which I got a very argumentative reply of them saying they are rejecting my complaints and what I felt was threatening in regards to what the agent was saying in the email. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

Following the apathetic service provided since purchasing through Nicolas Michael in January this year (still on-going) The only reason that this is a 5 star review is because of Ben Todd who got involved earlier this week. He has gone above and beyond to try and finalise our chain. He has contacted me with updates at least twice a day, where previously there was next to nothing. Ben has demonstrated what proper customer service should look like. He is dynamic and a valuable asset to the company and others would benefit from following his approach!

If I could rate less, I would. They ignored all of our messages and emails. There was never someone available when we called and never returned calls. We had serious issues with the property we rented through them and they never in two years got it fixed. Repairs being ignored because more damage which we had to pay for. We received multiple aggressive, threatening and goading messages from one agent after leaving the property accusing us of mess and damage that they had left at the property from the previous tenant when we moved in.
We also had issues with another agent turning up without letting us know and walking in without even knocking more than once.
The lost our house keys and made us pay for and get them replaced.

I have sold two properties with this company in the past and I have to say how professional and friendly they were. I was particularly impressed with the way they promoted my properties and how a member of staff explained in detail how they arrived at their current market values.
