Allen & Harris have overseen the rental of some properties for us for the past 6 years. James has been a great support to me. He is always there for the tenants also. I’ve recently had more dealing with Joylon, who is also very helpful. I hope to continue to work with these guys, as we all want the same thing, Happy Tenants and Happy Landlords.

If I could give more stars I would, these guys have been amazing! I had literally 5 things go Against me for a house I really had my heart set on along with my partner, Praise The LORD Through Alan and Harris they were persistent and helped us to persevere and continued to help us. Cannot reccomend these folks enough ! My housemate and I have just moved into our first house after uni and the team at Allen and Harris have provided a most excellent service. They found the perfect property based on the parameters we gave and the whole process after that point was so smooth thanks to all of their help. They have answered every query, concern and question we have a had in a timely and holistic manner. All of this plus service with a smile , I am extremely greatful to all the team and truly could not give higher praise or reccomendation.

Just rented a property with Allen and Harris, had absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They were always on time, always did what they promised at a time they had agreed. Made the whole process so easy! Thank you to the whole team, and in particular Jolyon for being so warm, welcoming and helpful. Their processes meant I was set up with gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband, even before I’d moved in, which for someone with a busy life was a huge weight off my shoulders! Would 100% recommend!

We recently rented out our property through Allen & Harris for the second time and again had a positive experience from Jolyon! The online marketing listing was of high quality from James and they were consistently professional, courteous and personable to deal with. The process of viewings to moving-in the tenant was smooth and straightforward. Communication was generally prompt and clear - there were occasional delays in responses at times, but overall, they were helpful and transparent throughout. I would recommend Allen & Harris to anyone looking for a professional and positive experience when renting out their property.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication from Allan & Harris. Poor communication from start to finish.
Cannot understand the good ratings this estate agent has received. We have experienced a lack of professionalism and terrible communication from the get go.
Overall really poor service.

The best decision I made in 2024 was to sell my house with Allen and Harris. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Claire, Tyler, Steve and Sarah a massive well done to you.
Really good communicators, listen to the clients objective and deliver accordingly.
This review is not enough I will be writing an an email to management and applauding how well the team works.

The team at Allen and Harris have fantastic throughout the process of renting a property. Initially through Jolyen and then through James They have been really helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and professional throughout and answered any question's put to them and returned calls and email's throughout. Very happ y with the service provided by the team at Talbot Green,would definitely recommend them,and am very appreciative of the job the team done.

Well I can’t understand how or why this agency has so many good reviews!
My partner and I went to rent with this agency and everything seemed to be going well decent phone call reply’s and email reply’s. We then got onto referencing our guarantor and they asked for an employment reference to which our Guarantors employment have a time frame in which they can and will complete the form. We tried to contact Allan and Harris estate agents multiple times to only hear from the answer phone everytime or an agent who half arsed everything and said we would get a call back. To which we never did and in the end the landlord got impatient due to lack of communication from Allan and Harris and decided to sell the property instead leaving us without a home!
We though James was lovely to start off with but instead we found out he never answers his emails or phone calls
