Although we didn't end up buying through this agent, Phil was exceptionally helpful and accommodating when we viewed a beautiful house that just wasn't quite right for us. He has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about what he does. Highly reccomend!

Phil's handlng of my sale was fantastic from beginning to end.
