I swapped to Leaders to manage my property mid term tenancy and found it to be a very simple process with them. Lots of communication throughout and nice friendly contacts. Good online portal which details everything about everything. Very happy so far. Recommended 100%.

Very disappointed, Beverley done a viewing on my property and left without locking my house or a call to say she had finished the viewing. Been on the market less than a week and I'm not happy with leaders at all. I was told she would call me the day after to give me some feedback in regards to the viewing, no phone call or messages regarding this. I have had to put a formal complaint about her services as leaving my property unattended and unlocked is just unacceptable

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Leaders Eastbourne for all their help, advice and professionalism shown when my Mother passed away and the exceptional service they gave to the family in dealing with both the selling of her property and with helping us with a tenant in another property. In a timely way, this has all been dealt with fairly and with the utmost consideration for all concerned.
James Brooks and his whole team are committed to customer service in a very friendly way, keeping us informed at every step and dealing with the managing agents on our behalf of the rented property.
