Leaper Stanbrook did a brilliant job for us. They sold our flat 3 times at the asking price. That the first two sales fell through had nothing to do them. Simply symptomatic of our crazy system. Having both bought and sold successfully through Leaper Stanbrook I would not hesitate to recommend them.

During what turned out to be a long and difficult house sale, the team at Leaper Stanbrook - Andrew, Ethan, Freddy - were patient, persistent and determined. They made life as easy for me as they could, and dealt sensibly and efficiently with every problem that arose. All this and their commission rate was incredibly reasonable too!

They carefully managed negotiations leading to a successful conclusion. Although I am aware agents act for the vendors I felt well respected and valued as a buyer.
