My experience was excellent, they have a brilliant balance of professionalism but also a personable family feel that most often attempt to achieve but fail to do so. Most of my dealings were with Fred who I found to be very informative, honest, efficient and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm in the future. Trust me, although you may think this is what you'd expect from all estate agents, in reality many are far below what I would consider average. Wayne had been an absolute star from the beginning and right to the end of the process. It is 35 years since I left Eastbourne and am no longer familiar with any services in the area. I chose to go with Leaper Stanbrook rather than any agent closer to Mum's house in the old town as I remembered Leaper's from the past and their excellent reputation. The very best decision I could have made.

In August 2014 we used Leaper Stanbrook to sell our flat and buy a house. The valuation was in line with two other agents and considerably higher than one. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful. At the end of a difficult process, they actually went and removed furniture into storage for the house vendors so we could move in on the day we wanted. They would definitely be our first choice in future moves.
