This review is for Billy in lettings. So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.

Larry Costi was brilliant in helping us find and secure our new apartment to rent. The whole process from start to finish was seamless with no problems! We’ve been renting with Philip Alexander with Lauren Huckle as our property manager for about 6 months now, and honestly she’s been amazing. From day one, she’s been super professional and always on top of things. Anytime we have a maintenance issue or any kind of problem, she gets it sorted out quickly and efficiently.
Communication with her is a breeze, and she always treats our concerns with the highest importance. Living here has been so easy and stress-free, and we really appreciate all the hard work she puts in.
Honestly, having Lauren as our property manager has made a huge difference in our renting experience. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Philip Alexander for the sale of flats in the New River Village Development - in particular, Elliott Tisdall-Evans.
I recently sold my flat with them and Elliott was truly instrumental in keeping things on track - from the moment I listed with them, during the negotiation process and keeping both me and the buyer informed (and calm!) during the laborious conveyancing process. He is very responsive and great at explaining things, all whilst managing to keep everyone calm. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and I really enjoyed working with him.

Don’t rent with them ….Incompetent and untrustworthy. Absolute shambles at any form of communication. Emails were ignored, so I phoned the office after several attempts of trying to get hold of them and know body knew what was going on and know body got back to me. Move out date was messed up because of their lack of urgency and then they took some of my deposit as a ‘cleaning fee’ for wear and tear and a dirty floor! Unethical and rude. Renters be warned
