We've had a lot of trouble with estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, sellers, and buyers - pretty much everyone - on the two occasions we've had to buy and/or sell a flat. I'm sure most people can relate. Despite this, Philip Alexander were the one beacon of professionalism the whole time, and the only people involved in the move that we didn't at some point want to scream at. In particular, Elliott was constantly available, calm, reassuring, and knowledgable and went out of his way to resolve some tricky situations. We will certainly be coming back to Philip Alexander when it comes time to move again.

Phillip Alexander are highly professional and helpful landlords. They actually communicate with you and respond quickly to queries. If you are looking at renting in N8 then I couldn't recommend them enough.

We have now rented with them for over three years and my opinion is still the same. Lately we have only been dealing with Lauren who has been an absolute star in any kind of scenario. She’s fast to act and reply and is just genuinely kind.

Rob and Elliott did a very professional job selling our flat in N8, despite very difficult circumstances, (Liz Truss, High Mortgage rates etc,) it meant that Philip Alexander actually Sold our property Three times, They were extremely patient and got there in the end, we certainly feel that they well earnt there commission , and we have zero regrets in choosing then to sell our property .
