They are pretty good, have a professional and simple way of dealing with property letting. We had a good experience with them arranging a rental property for us in Grantham - all the way from arranging viewing, move-in process, attending repairs at the property whenever needed and staying in contact till the end of our contract when we moved out. Personally, found it much easier dealing with them than the bigger names.

I found Tim Hall most helpful and managed to let my properties super fast. Helen too is very efficient. They answered emails the same day always returned calls and were never anything but polite.

I agree with Jo catchpoles review now after my treatment this morning.
Having read your response you are categorically lying saying you could not get through. I have no missed calls from you, no emails until this morning when WHICH YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED I had bought my train tickets for grantham. If you would like me to send copies of my zero missed calls from you or voicemail, I am willing to do so.
I don't care that the property has gone it's the fact that you DID NOT INFORM ME UNTIL AN EMAIL AT 10AM THIS MORNING THAT THE PROPERTY WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
I HAD A LONG WAY TO COME AND HAD GOT ADVANCED TICKETS AT 8AM THIS MORNING THAT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND FOR.
You should have told me yesterday and as Helen said my phone had rung ten times yet no MISSED CALLS ON MY CALL LIST.

They're the agents which I rent a property for my business - Excellent service and are very helpful. I had a problem opening the back door but they had someone out to fix it in less than an hour! Great service and am very happy with their customer service.

Worst estate agent i have ever dealt with and i have dealt with many. very rude and obnoxious! Do not let this company let your business premises! Its a nightmare to arrange a viewing and the customer service is a disgrace to the business, no call backs, i asked to leave the manager feed back and the lady on the phone said my feedback was not important . Shameful. (If only the landlord of the old cayman reef in coalvile knew how they spoke to the future clients)
