Wonderful service, friendly staff and very helpful when I had issues.
Pheobe was the person I felt with while purchasing my property and was very on it and helpful every time.
The whole team that I have spoken to throughout this process have been amazing! Amanda was extremely helpful and very good at making sure this was put through in a timely manner.

Really impressed with everyone in the Grantham office. Phoebe was brilliant at the two viewings we did with her, she enthused about both houses, was professional and asked if we wanted to offer, she wasn't pushy but has the art of sales perfected well. Amanda and Steph have also been so helpful. We hope we get the house we have bid on as I know everyone in the office would help us get it through quickly. Thank you for all your help so far.

Sadly, I found William H Brown Grantham to be quite shocking for so many reasons...
After a very poor and unprofessional service I made a complaint to their complaints department. Some issues were addressed but the department was not interested in reading or following up on the rude, patronising and sarcastic emails I received from a member of their sales team.
I also received a bullying telephone call from a staff member, this complaint was not followed up either!
Shocking!
There are so many great Estate Agents in Grantham, do your research and choose wisely.

Izzie was fantastic! Although we decided not to sell at present, our experience with her was fantastic and professional from start to finish. Her level of communication made us feel very well looked after, and if we decide to proceed in the future we will definitely be back in touch with her.

As a tenant I was perfect, rent paid up front , kept the property spotlessly clean etc. I had to leave unexpectedly early and I have rent owing ...still .. they care about the landlords only , they don't give a damn about tenants. They almost admitted it intact . Beware tenants

From the moment we met Phoebe at a house we were viewing, she has been wonderful. The circumstances of the transaction have been particularly unusual and challenging and despite this Phoebe has kept us updated and tried her hardest to assist where she can. Unfortunately for us, the house purchase was unsuccessful but we would not hesitate to use Phoebe again - she is an asset to her team.
