Andrew took us to view some properties — and it was the worst experience we have had in all of our 18-month long house search.
He rushed us through every room, tutted at the current in-situ tenants when they were talking us through the property, and it was painfully clear that there was some issues between the estate agents and owners.
A highly uncomfortable experience and such a wasted trip as we had travelled over 2 hours away to view these houses. Upon reflection, we did actually like the house and tried to put the experience with Andrew behind us — but in the end, we didn't feel comfortable having him as the estate agent for our first house purchase.

I put in an offer on a parcel of land after doing my investigation on line.
I chased the offer down after not hearing back from Andrew the owner.
No acknowledgement after nearly 3 weeks to then finding out the listing was either sold or removed. Not professional at all.
