The best estate agents I have ever dealt with! Normally when dealing with moving flat and estate agents you need to be on your guard for unscrupulous sales tactics and a general lack of professionalism - believe me as that was my last experience moving into a new place in London. I cannot recommend Scott and the team at RHW more highly. When you work with them you are dealing with honest and professional estate agents who not only have a genuine interest in helping you find a new place to live but also making sure there is a right fit between landlord and tenant. Having worked with Scott to rent a new property, I would praise his friendliness, reliability and honesty. If you are looking to rent or buy in the Hampstead area - RHW should be your first point of call - and you will likely realise they are 'THE' agents you want to be dealing with. I cannot recommend RHW Estates enough. They are the best estate agency that I have dealt with in London and I was incredibly impressed with the service that I was provided. Scott helped me find a new tenancy and was very informative and knowledgeable on advising me of the market conditions without exerting undue pressure. I was very impressed with how respectfully I was treated, which unfortunately is not given with other London letting agents. I have been renting for decades and RHW are hands down the best agent I have ever experienced. They really are like no other agent because they are personal, flexible, kind, and considerate and UK tenants rarely experience any of these qualities. By far the best real estate agency I've dealt with. Very professional, responsive, and efficient. Our agent Scott was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and secured the property for us in record time. He also made sure the tenancy agreement signing process and move-in went by smoothly. Edit: I've actually had the pleasure of working with RHW Estates and Scott a second time as I was looking for a new property. Scott's responsiveness and efficiency never cease to amaze me. As a 10 years Londoner, Scott is the best agent I have ever met in UK! I was desperate for another terrible agent who breaks the contract in very last minute and I’m rushed to find a new property. Our experience with RHW Estates started off great. Will at the agency handled the initial process really well, and we were very happy. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. During our tenancy, we dealt with a persistent leak and dampness and multiple things that lasted over a year and was never fixed. Despite reporting it multiple times, there was a massive lack of communication from RHW Estates about any efforts to address these issues, which was incredibly frustrating. At the end of our tenancy, we were suddenly informed on the last day that we were supposed to have the property professionally cleaned. This was news to us, adding unnecessary stress to our move-out process. And upon seeking advice from the property ombudsman, this is not a legal requirement for any Tennant. When we called to discuss our concerns, we spoke to the manager, Spencer. His response was shockingly unprofessional and aggressive. He called us "high maintenance" and said, "the quicker you guys are out, the better," all because we had complained about living with a leak for over a year . Spencer shouted at us, made us feel extremely uncomfortable to drop the keys in, and then hung up the phone. Throughout our tenancy, we always paid our rent on time and reported any issues with the flat promptly. Sadly, not all of these issues were addressed. The way Spencer spoke to us and handled our concerns was unacceptable and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend RHW Estates to anyone all due to Spencers. The way our tenancy issues were handled was terrible, and we plan to take this matter further.... Read more

RHW have been without fault during my 3 year tenancy with them. Easily the most 'human' agents I've dealt with. Always professional, timely and any process comfortably streamlined. I was working with Will Surtees throughout my tenancy and it has always been pleasant and easy to interact with him. I felt like I was treated like a human being without any compromise on professionalism on his part. I can tell you Will is one of the best out there. Both my move in and move out processes were extremely smooth, straightforward and transparent. When moving in they used an automated online platform which really sped up the process with utmost transparency. Upon moving out, they wasted no time doing the inventory check and returned my deposit within a week! This is record timing in my personal experience as typically agencies or landlords have taken months to return deposit which can be very anxious as a tenant when you have to immediately put down deposit on a new tenancy. Any maintenance issues that came up were always immediately acknowledged and dealt with swiftly through the tenancy app they use to manage their lettings. I'd highly recommend RHW to landlords and tenants alike beyond a shadow of a doubt. I have nothing but endless praises, but I have to end this review at some point!... Read more
