Horrendous company I thought they were great at the beginning then realised how hostile they were towards me and my partner. I had a leaking widow for months and it never got fixed so I was paying almost double to stay warm. I then left the property out of my own accord and got the remainder of my deposit back apart from sum to to minor smoke damage from candles. This is when everything went wrong I am now homeless because of this agency they gave me a bad reference so I can't get any property anymore, I didn't do anything wrong I don't owe any money and I didn't damage the property, I never had any complaints and was over all a good tenant.
Please don't use this company especially if you are young and they will screw you over. I hope you are happy priory knowing that someone is now homeless because of you ????

Do not rent with this agency.nov 23rd my sons mother reported water leaking into her property.my son has asthma after being born prem.since then his health has deteriorated so bad that his doctor told his mum to rush him into hospital.despite meetings that the office manager cancelled,despite me taking the day off especially, and follow up meetings and empty promises they have not as much as offered a dehumidifier .walls have mould and water pours down walls.when I go in to speak for my boys mum as she is upset the manager wont even look at me instead all the other office staff pile into the conversation which is so unprofessional.despite breaching the housing act and doing nothing to remedy it until the day day environmental health get involved.scandalous how an upset women and her poorly son has been treated DO NOT USE THEM AS IF ANYTHING HAPPENS THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED

Shocking shocking shocking! Avoid like the plague, distressing moving in procedures which are more intimate then most physical examinations, staff that have a disgusting attitudes towards people (their attitudes towards everything made me almost not go through with the rental) is disgusting, they're just there for the paycheck with a greedy boss who lets unsuitable and illegal properties as they only care for lining their own pockets.
The worst lettings agency I have ever had the displeasure of using. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid.

Vicci and her team have been calm and professional during a very long drawn out sale which had problems further down the chain. Vicci chased for answers when our solicitor did not and we were able to get some answers thanks to her. At Priory the phone is always answered and all their team are helpful, truthful and keep a calm demeanour in a stressful situation. I won’t be selling my home again in a hurry but I would use Priory if I did... I cannot praise them more.

Lee (I believe the manager for the lettings side) was always a delight to speak with. The rest of the staff always polite, understanding and eager to help. Full disclosure is given; I knew exactly where I stood in receiving my bond back, and clear instruction on how to ensure this which I did in full by simply cleaning the flat before vacating. Always responded to my requests within the day. Fantastic agency.

Very poor customer service on the phone and in person. Staff answering the phone make a minimal effort to help and certainly do not come across as friendly and professional. The lack of professionalism and customer service stands out like a sore thumb in comparison to other estate and letting agencies in Barry. Whenever i see a house listed under priory I instantly get put off as I dont want to deal with this estate agency. Surely the amount of negative reviews they have already had would push them to achieve better but clearly not
