A big thank you to all the team at Chris Davies, who were definitely the best estate agents I have ever used. They are professional and keep in contact with you every step of the way, which is quite unusual as most in my experience ignore you through the whole process until it’s moving day. The move was not a smooth one but you took the pain out of it somewhat. Keep up the good work and don’t change a thing.

Unfortunately they didn’t listen and did change. The friendly staff have gone and they use an app system for communication which is useful but doesn’t always help with communication. Just another average estate agent now.

Following the completion of the sale of a property I would like to register my gratitude to the staff at Chris Davies Barry branch. This was a lengthy and protracted sale and the support we received was exemplary.
Throughout the whole process there was always someone at the end of the telephone to listen, suggest solutions and then to be pro-active in chasing resolution. Chris Davies staff do go the extra mile with nothing too much bother. From beginning to end the whole process was conducted in a thoroughly professional manner by totally dedicated staff.
