Have recently bought a house through Chris Davies. Karen assisted me with putting the offer in and then progress of the sale was supported by Matthew. Both were very professional and made what was a stressful time into a much more easy one. Matthew in particular was quick to respond and extremely helpful when I had a few hiccups with exchanging contracts. I would totally recommend them and IF I were to ever sell again they would be my first choice.

Not a very good estate agent please be carefull with there rentals and there enquiries they asked for a deposit of £250 at 5.25 pm and then phoned me at 9.30 am next day and said I failed and money was non refundable amazing they close at 5.30 open at 9 am robbing thieves

A big thank you to all the team at Chris Davies, who were definitely the best estate agents I have ever used. They are professional and keep in contact with you every step of the way, which is quite unusual as most in my experience ignore you through the whole process until it’s moving day. The move was not a smooth one but you took the pain out of it somewhat. Keep up the good work and don’t change a thing.
*Update*
Unfortunately they didn’t listen and did change. The friendly staff have gone and they use an app system for communication which is useful but doesn’t always help with communication. Just another average estate agent now.
