I've just exchanged contracts on my house sale in Bagshot but didn't sell it via Property Bee! The 5* rating is given to PB because they were involved in the chain. Cutting to the important bit, Jon Thompson was open and a very good communicator despite him not acting for me. He relayed pertinent information without breaking the confidential relationship he had with his client who bought my property. We spoke, we didn't txt, email or WhattsApp'd....good old fashioned phone, so much quicker and the emotion is not lost when talking. I can't turn the clock back and say I should've used PB to sell my home, but I can highly recommend Jon to any future sellers. I speak from career experience as I was an estate agent for just under 40 years so know an honest bloke when I talk to one. Thanks Jon, great job helping someone who isn't paying you, PB deserved the fee, appreciate it.....????

Michael at Property Bee has been an absolute star during the sale of a property in Sandhurst. Our sale was anything but straightforward and he was unwavering in his support and assistance. Michael is committed to customer service and was always available throughout the process. During a previous sale the stock answer from the agent was “You need to speak to your solicitor”. This was never the case with Michael ! He simply does whatever is necessary to lessen the burden on his clients to get the job done. From initial marketing through to completion we have been extremely happy and satisfied. I wouldn’t use any other agent

I had a couple of personal recommendations of Property Bee, so included them when calling estate agents for initial valuations.
My expectations have been exceeded. The working relationship has been seemless and a pleasure, the marketing was excellent, quickly implemented and a couple of small issues were treated as urgent and resolved out of hours and during the night, ready for the morning.
All viewings were hosted by Property Bee and detailed feedback was always forthcoming.
The successful offer came through after just two weeks and the service and advice since then has been superb and very supportive.
