Having previously used several local estate agents with my own properties buying and selling, I now will not use anyone else! Michael showed sincere compassion and empathy from the day he first walked into the property. He knew it ment so much more to us than it being "just a house." He actually wanted to know about my aunt and uncle and there wonderful life, it wasn't "just a sale" for him either.

I've just exchanged contracts on my house sale in Bagshot but didn't sell it via Property Bee! The 5* rating is given to PB because they were involved in the chain. Cutting to the important bit, Jon Thompson was open and a very good communicator despite him not acting for me. He relayed pertinent information without breaking the confidential relationship he had with his client who bought my property. We spoke, we didn't txt, email or WhattsApp'd....good old fashioned phone, so much quicker and the emotion is not lost when talking. I can't turn the clock back and say I should've used PB to sell my home, but I can highly recommend Jon to any future sellers. I speak from career experience as I was an estate agent for just under 40 years so know an honest bloke when I talk to one. Property Bee are breaking the mold of estate agent stereotypes, we couldn't have asked for a better service in our house sale.
From our first time meeting Michael we appreciated his honest and frank approach with no bulls**t or sales spin. Michael was approachable and trustworthy and we loved Property Bee's ethos from the outset, let alone their great value for money.
The photography and video were turned around quickly and to a high standard, and the sale process was just as impressive. Having an open day meant managing viewings was seamless for us as sellers with a young family at home. We received 9 offers and sold over the asking price, Michael provided valuable feedback on all offers and buyers' positions. Throughout the contracting and exchange of the chain, Michael was easily contactable and fast to respond, not only helping us but our buyers and even the sellers above us in the chain when their estate agents weren't so supportive in the after sale process.
We would highly recommend Property Bee, in fact we already have and that house sold at a higher price, with a lower commission fee than other 'traditional' estate agents had quoted.

Michael was open and honest throughout and doesn't provide the same 'salesman' feel that is to be expected from many traditional estate agents. He was in constant contact with us, chasing people who needed to be chased, and best of all gained a higher offer than we had anticipated!

I had a few estate agents come and view my house before putting it up for sale. I found “Property Bee” to be on the mark in terms of where I priced the property. It was Rob who came and viewed the property on the first valuation viewing. He was very down to earth and personable.
They offered a great service at a good rate when comparing other estate agents like Purple Bricks & the regular estate agents.
I would call “Property Bee” a hybrid and best of both these style of agents.
Both Rob and John came to take extra photos and did an awesome job of the video they made for the house. That means a lot to myself coming from the film industry. ????????
Once “Property Bee” were on board as my estate agents the personal contact was superb from start to finish. They were available to chat about all parts of the process and explained every part clearly.
They helped with the process of exchange and completion, again answering the many questions I had along the way.
I’d certainly recommend them to anyone in their current radius.

Property Bee - what a service!
Michael from Property Bee has been exceptional in selling our home. From the outset, he was open honest and real - none of the usual pompous estate agent speak. A truly genuine down to earth guy. If his introduction meeting hadn’t sold us his services the price definitely sealed the deal.
As this is a local company, the 3 partners are fully invested in the business and not having to contend with business hours was a huge benefit. They each have a dedicated area and their local knowledge of amenities is exceptional.
We instructed on the Monday, open house was held on Saturday with 15 booked viewings. By Monday morning we had 6 offers on the table!!!! Amazing!!
Our sale wasn’t straightforward, but each time there was an issue, Michael had thought and looked at alternatives and solutions before we even knew there was a problem. Fantastic service!!
If you are looking for first class, no nonsense local service, then let Property Bee sell your property. You most definitely will not be disappointed. Absolutely first class service and amazing communication.
