We moved with Robbie and the team recently, they were outstanding from beginning to end. Passionate about our house, and the area, competitively priced and communicative and reassuring throughout. This combination of things also meant we managed to achieve a higher price than what any of the other agents quoted when choosing a vendor. It really does pay to use somebody who is as passionate about your house/area as you are! Big thanks to the whole team, highly recommended!

Highly recommend using Hamiltons for rentals and sales in the Frimley Green area. We used them to rent our house and a few year later for the sale of it. Robbie and Sue helped to take out a lot of the stress and agro. Still we just pop in to say hello and stay in touch. For sure will use in the future.

As purchasers we accept ( as it should be) that agents effectively work on behalf of their selling client. However Nick, Robbie and Sam worked hard on getting things done, and interacted well with us.
The viewings were unrushed, calls returned and always friendly.
Would certainly use them again if we ever want to move again.

Hamiltons Frimley Green is a highly competent, professional team. For years and years they have dealt with my tenancy promptly and efficiently on a very supportive way.
However the Landlord's maintenance team - they supposedly should deal with the issues in the bungalow - is way below standard.
Unfortunately Hamiltons letting agency was not able to solve a dispute and issues with our next-door neighbour (they are renting from the same Landlord via Hamiltons) - so we had no options but move out from our rented property.

My family were looking to move into the Frimley Green area to be closer for work in Nov 2022. The Hamilton's team were really helpful from the outset. We saw a few rental properties within the same week of enquiring. Once we'd settled on one, the rental negotiation, contact preparation, tenant checks and check-in were all smooth and effortless.
Once into the property, we found quite a long list of things that needed fixing as the property hadn't been lived in for several months and I understand that Hamilton's hasn't managed the rental prior to us. Hamilton's arranged for a contractor to address the entire list very efficiently. 9 months into our contract, we've had no issues. I'd highly recommend Hamilton's to anyone moving into the area.

Robbie and Sam were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of selling our flat and always kept us in the loop with updates. If you are selling a property in the area I would definitely recommend using Hamiltons. They offer a very personal service that you don't get at many estate agencies.

We have used Hamiltons for both the rental and sale of two properties now and we’ll definitely be using them again! Robbie and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout. Robbie was always available to answer any of my queries and gave us honest advice acting in our best interests at all times. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Completely unprofessional and not trust worthy. The Managing Director is a compulsive liar and only tells you what you want to hear and does not act in your best interests.
Robbie talks the talk but is just that - talk. He promises the world and does not deliver. After numerous requests for documentation, confirmation and updates on our current situation over both email and phone call Robbie is now avoiding me.
Robbie has personally caused so much upset and stress. I would not trust this company and strongly urge everyone to avoid.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE
I have never encountered such an unprofessional, discriminative and questionable service, especially from Robbie - such a rude and arrogant person. We were due to exchange house and after months of going back and fourth with complete lack of cooperation from Robbie and his team, the house fell through.
We requested many documents through Hamilton which Robbie had promised, which he then kept delaying. Robbie then advised us to change our solicitor to their 'recommended' solicitor as they advised it would speed up the exchange. They were delaying and delaying and in the end did not provide us with the necessary documents our vendors and solicitors requested for completion.
We have not only lost over £6000 in legal fees, but also the distress and hurt to our whole family, which is not okay. Our buyer for our house was also very frustrated and pulled out, our house turned upside down from all the packing, the long waiting game of months of uncertainty of when we will move, all down to Hamiltons.
It's funny that we have seen the house has now been sold (for £50,000 more than our agreed price) within a few weeks of our exchange falling through - rather questionable. Perhaps they were delaying us due to having another buyer lined up? At this point, who knows.
There is so much more to our story, but even writing this review and bringing back the stress is too much. I truly don't know how you can have a conscious after all the distress you have caused, quite clearly to us and others (the 1* reviews below say it all).

Wow. Robbie and team have wonderfully managed the letting of my property for nearly 6 years which covers the pandemic years. My tenants are moving on, and hence today Hamiltons staff have shown around 11 potential new tenants all before 1.30. We have found suitable tenants. The whole team at Hamiltons have been excellent in providing assurance in the smooth transition from one tenancy to the next. Thank you guys.

Excellent and very efficient service have already told all of my neighbours when they decide to sell they should use Hamilton's.
Friendly professional and most of all extremely approachable. Went that extra mile to help me when my first sale fell through. Jumped straight back in and got me a second buyer within weeks.
I had moments where I genuinely thought I couldn't go through with the process as I was selling as a single female. I received constant reassurance and quite honestly a shoulder to cry on when things got bad.
A very personal service felt that my sale really mattered to them - not just a financial transaction. First person I will ring if I move again.

Hamiltons provided an excellent service in relation to the sale of my late mother’s house. Robbie and his team were proactive; they found a buyer very quickly ; and they managed the chain really well as there was several months from us accepting the buyer’s offer to exchange because of the time it took to get probate. They recommended house clearers and cleaners and facilitated access for them meaning I didn’t need to come from where I live to deal with that. All this and their fee was competitive so I did not pay any more for this exceptional level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting service! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. The ‘people’ that work there are vile creatures who treat you like someone who has just murdered their family. How they get away with the things they say and do is completely beyond me. They stole money from my pregnant wife and refused to give our deposit back. Everyone we have dealt with should be ashamed and embarrassed for the hurt they have caused. Never ever use this company.

Been waiting over 4 months for our central heating to be sorted out, also 2 months for our refrigerator to be replaced, still both on going, we’ve never been late paying our rent and keep our flat clean, the team at Hamilton have been useless and taken no responsibility after multiple phone calls and emails, in particular The owner and maintenance man.

Restored my faith in estate agents!
Sold my house through Hamiltons about 3 months ago. Robbie was brilliant, he sold my house within 3 days, but more importantly he was excellent at handling a difficult chain and communication was brilliant. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the area and adds a lot more value than one of the larger agents.
