I started looking for a place march this year. It has been a rollercoaster and emotionally draining to say the least. My experience with this company is that both Costa and Stella dealt with my anxiety in a kind manner. They tried to accommodate all my requests and I finally signed a contact with them. So far I am happy at the new place and would definitely recommend this agency.

I am only giving one star as there is no option for no stars! This company is a joke and deserves to be shut down. Not sure who gave them authority to operate this type of business! They were “managing my property” or should I say just taking my rent payments whilst not managing anything and have now lost the contract they had with my landlord. A new company has now got involved and will be taking over the managing of the property but property centre think it acceptable to commit fraud and are now demanding I pay my rent to them instead of the new company although the landlord has confirmed I should pay the new company and not property centre but they are still demanding rent from me so are trying to scam me and commit fraud!!

These guys are an absolute waste of time. They only help Greek people they are prejudice and racist. Mr lipsos is always in hiding in Cyprus because the amount of times he has botched up as a so called experienced property management business owner that he has made several people upset. He thinks very highly of himself and should not be allowed to run a property related business.
Property centre doesn't meet any of their customers expectations. Treats them with disrespectful behaviour.
Please avoid them. By the way all the positive reviews you are seeing on here are by family and friends whom have created accounts and left feed back to give a false sense of what's really happening. Beware and stay well away.

Very rude and extremely incompetent - there are plenty of decent estate agents around so please do your research properly before you chose. I'm sorry but there is no way this company can get such positive reviews apart from getting their friends to write them.
Please don't make the mistake I made when I walked through the front door and was fooled by their false promises of a good service.
I won't be responding to any comments made by the property centre as they were given every opportunity to resolve my issues but chose to ignore them.

You look closely at the names they are all Greek names. Most probably family and friends leaving extra feedbacks to make everyone thing that we are a fantastic business. But they are truly dispicable people and you will only know after dealing with them. I have Greek friends and I have nothing against any greek person. In fact I know members of the Greek community that would not do business with them but they would say it out loud simply because they would hassle them. Beware

I am writing this review after I have been a victim of these vicious company.
I am not at liberty to discuss what I went through with them, but I have noticed that they have also rigged their google reviews. Most of the people on here are friends who have never used their services and have simply left them reviews are the backlash of negative reviews.
they cut corners and should be reported to the property ombudsmen

Really happy with the service I got. George was great, my apartment was put for sale really quickly and sold fast too. His help was invaluable in what turned out to be a complicated sale. People are quick to complain but I felt I had to be quick to say a big thank you too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

I've been a tenant at one of their properties for a long time and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We never had working fire alarms, it was freezing cold throughout the winter, mould, cracks in the house... in short - if you want someone not to 'manage' your property until its nearly falling down and put yourself at risk of prosecution then let these guys manage your property! A lot of the reviews on here sound fake - if you read the reviews about property centre on other websites, these sound much more accurate!

Beware - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
These guys are absolute cowboys. They make it out as if they are really professional, but i want to make sure others are not taken by their sweet talks and lies. We've only rented fro,m them for a few years and during the time all sorts of methods to make a quick buck. They did some electricity works and then wanted to charge us. theres a older gentleman that just sits in the back like he's running a sweet shop

Since June 2009 till this far, we are happily renting there property and treating us with excellent diplomacy in professional manner. Mr George Kouttoukis ‘s Management direction is Wonderful . To mention a few, Mr Savvas maintenance skill is excellent with all kindness. South Gate Front office reception groups are great. Every one is treating us as a family. We recommend for those who are looking for better service and place.

Best property centre!!! Incredible people helped me find a great affordable flat to rent in london! Extremely helpful and understanding! Whenever i have a problem i contact them and they immediately send someone to fix the issue! I have had bad experience with property centres before and i can say that the people here value you as a human and dont see u just as a pound sign!!

Describe my experience? Horrendous .
All through my tenancy , they had no respect . The problems I had were legion , but when I arranged a time for the workmen /man? to come he would never turn up , and no explanation was given . But he would turn up at my inconvenience , no warning , I could be literally out the door meeting another appointment .
They installed a new double glazed window , great , except they left the wooden frame in such a state of dispepair I sufered an infestation of ants . THe radiator was on in summer .
THere were electrical faults ( seems to be a pattern with these people ; I've read the other reviewer's comment) .
Today I returned ( as was the arrangem,ent to the flat after moving out ) . I didn't need to give the keys back until 3 , thus at ten this morning felt reasonably that I would have plenty of time to clean the property from top to bottom .
I found the door unlocked , my mop moved bizarrely from one room to another . and the cleaning products I HAD PURPOSELY BOUGHT in with which in order to clean the property stolen .
Of course they deny having anything to do with these things having been taken .
They are horrible people , and yes , as has been already said ,crooks .
Have nothing to do with them if at all possible
They are by far the worst lettings agency I have ever had dealings with , out of many .

We are renting a property with them and they are complete crooks, stay away at all costs!
Several issues for us included illegal wiring that was unsafe, and an invested house when we moved in and to top it all of our flat now leaks when it rains!
