I am only giving one star as there is no option for no stars! This company is a joke and deserves to be shut down. Not sure who gave them authority to operate this type of business! They were “managing my property” or should I say just taking my rent payments whilst not managing anything and have now lost the contract they had with my landlord. A new company has now got involved and will be taking over the managing of the property but property centre think it acceptable to commit fraud and are now demanding I pay my rent to them instead of the new company although the landlord has confirmed I should pay the new company and not property centre but they are still demanding rent from me so are trying to scam me and commit fraud!!... These guys are an absolute waste of time. They only help Greek people they are prejudice and racist. Mr lipsos is always in hiding in Cyprus because the amount of times he has botched up as a so called experienced property management business owner that he has made several people upset. He thinks very highly of himself and should not be allowed to run a property related business. Property centre doesn't meet any of their customers expectations. Treats them with disrespectful behaviour. Please avoid them. By the way all the positive reviews you are seeing on here are by family and friends whom have created accounts and left feed back to give a false sense of what's really happening. Very rude and extremely incompetent - there are plenty of decent estate agents around so please do your research properly before you chose. I'm sorry but there is no way this company can get such positive reviews apart from getting their friends to write them. Please don't make the mistake I made when I walked through the front door and was fooled by their false promises of a good service. I won't be responding to any comments made by the property centre as they were given every opportunity to resolve my issues but chose to ignore them.... Read more

:( absolutely crooks Unprofessional stay away fake reviews on here if You look closely at the names they are all Greek names. Most probably family and friends leaving extra feedbacks to make everyone thing that we are a fantastic business. But they are truly dispicable people and you will only know after dealing with them. I have Greek friends and I have nothing against any greek person. In fact I know members of the Greek community that would not do business with them but they would say it out loud simply because they would hassle them. Beware... Read more
