19th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )

Tom, who visited the house initially, explained everything we needed to know. Both Carol and Rhydian, who I spoke to in the office couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. 19th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
7th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I got a viewing of a flat for sale in Rhyl on the day I was visiting from Chester. Very well run and professional estate agents, recommended. Have a look at all the properties for sale in the window while walking from the train/bus station to the front.

Nigel and Sian were so helpfull once we decided on what we wanted. Found us numerous properties to look at. Once we decided on our Dream home. They made the whole process effortless and stress free. Extremely proffesional throughout and made what can be stressfull a nice experience. I would recomend their outstanding service to anybody out there with a property to Sell or a buyer searching for their dream home.

Ella was also quick to make any changes in the selling proposition,for example either making amendments to the key messages on Rightmove or requesting property photos. Ella is a valuable asset to any property agent
31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Not being my first rodeo, I think I'm in a position to say that Pete and Nikki make a fabulous team - hard working, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive - providing a five star service in every way.

I don’t know what they are doing.
