Established in Muster Green, Haywards Heath in 1992, we then opened our Burgess Hill branch which has successfully served the town and surrounding villages since 1998. I cannot recommend PSP Burgess Hill enough! House buying and selling can be a brutal business and we had a rough ride (no fault of the agents) and Andrew, Lewis and Paul of the team all supported us through every step with kindness and professionalism. I found my experience of using PSP Estate Agents in Burgess Hill very positive. The staff are very friendly, pro active and on the ball and I was usually able to speak to someone about any issues that arose either straight away or I would receive a call back reasonably promptly. PSP homes are without doubt, the best letting agent we've ever been with! The team here are all so friendly and helpful and build a real rapport with people. As tenants they made us feel welcome right from the start and any maintenance issues or questions we had were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. In particular I want to mention Debbie who is a Property Manager. She is so knowledgeable, always got things done so quickly, great communication and she was just a thoroughly awesome person to work with all throughout our tenancy. So nice and full of wisdom. You'll love them as a landlord, as a tenant forget any rights that you may think you are in titled too.
They make it very clear they are only acting in the interests of the landlord.
Even when the property is uninhabitable they will not take any action on behalf of the tenants.

This agency was an utter nightmare to deal with.
Approach = VERY ANTAGONISTIC. This people don't mediate between landlord and tenant. They antagonise each other.
Client Treatment = Incredibly rude, unnecessarily and excessively corporate, I mean PLEASE, you are dealing with home landlords and tenants in BURGESS HILL not with business rentals in central London!!
Constant inspections in which problems were always raised and never done anything about it and as a result of their incompetency and antagonism we were given an eviction letter on Christmas Evening in 2014.
I had the worst experience in my life with this people AVOID THEM as a landlord or tenant.
Since that nightmare we moved to another letting agency and the difference has been incredible! Polite people, GOOD MEDIATORS and always presenting solutions to potential problems instead of highlighting them like PSP does.
My recommendation is to find another letting agency in Burgess Hill or Haywards Heath area and go with them.
AVOID PSP!

We initially bought our first property through PSP Homes. Andrew helped us find our first home and supported us through the process, keeping us up to date with regular communications. When we came to sell our home some years later we didn't hesitate in our decision to choose PSP Homes again. The team were professional and helpful at all times and Andrew in particular was very helpful when there was a problem in the chain, his knowledge of the process was invaluable and his calm and professional manner ensured the move process could continue smoothly.
