We were recommended to R&G after being massively let down by one of the ‘bigger letting agents’ in Bristol.
Everyone at R&G has been excellent. Within 24 hours of enquiring they had been around to our house, photos taken, house on the market and viewings booked.
They have all worked tirelessly to help us, working around the clock, fitting in viewings wherever possible and had more viewings in 1 day than we had with the previous agents. In one week we have completed the whole process and today have successfully completed on renting out our property on a short term let.
I can’t say enough how grateful we are for their work, Everyone at R&G has been so professional, with excellent communication throughout, and clearly shown how much they care for their customers.

We recently sold our house through R&G and would highly recommend them. Ben worked closely with us throughout the sale and Dom with the mortgage/finances. Both Ben and Dom went above and beyond for us, handling all our queries and answering within minutes. They did everything they could to support the process and also stepped in to support us on the forward purchase when we didn't have the support from our solicitor. We have just had a tenancy change over. Having heard great things about R&G Property Bristol we decided to give them a try. From start to finish the service was fast, efficient and highly professional. Most impressive of all, it was incredible value for money. It was the smoothest change over ever as R&G found top tenants and took on advising the changeover details to the utility companies and the council which we would normally have to do. Upon struggling to find a place for months with my partner, my friend told us about R&G. I decided to go into their office to introduce myself and explain our situation. I met with Serena, who as it turned out was the catalyst for ensuring we got our perfect property, through speaking to landlords on our behalf and taking swift action. Ben was incredibly helpful, rearranging viewings around our needs and adapting viewings to be virtual when needed. Meeting with Ben and Matt at viewings, we knew they were genuine, professional and wanted to help us out regardless of what it took.
To this end, we are enormously grateful for the effort and support R&G Property Bristol provided and cannot recommend them enough! 5 Stars without a second of hesitation!!

Having lived in my last flat for 2 years the building oversaw couple of management's taking care of the property all very sub par with poor communication. When R&G took over the diffrence was night and day. Addressed all issues honoured the contract that was neglected for ages (cleaners etc) excellent communication. Best agency I have ever dealt with ! To say I cannot recommend these guys enough is an understatement. I was actively looking for a rental for over three months and ended up having less than a week to find somewhere. If it wasn’t for these guys going above and beyond at every step of the process (finding suitable properties, helping with the application process, calling often with updates etc) I most likely wouldn't have found somewhere. No other letting agent was willing or wanted to help, and for every other agent I contacted it was very much a case of checking boxes with no personalised approach. Not only were these guys the opposite of that, but they were also very friendly, eager to help, and answered all my questions immediately, making me feel at ease during the stress of moving. I would recommend them to anyone who’s renting or buying, and will definitely be returning to them in the future.

Have been renting out my flats with another agent for over 10 years.
Recently we decided to break away from them as we felt we were getting a raw deal and not as much rent as we needed.
We found Matt from R&G by accident from a Landlord Facebook page and the rest as they say is history.
Super quick to market the property where we had tenants falling over themselves to rent it, at a much high rent than expected.
Matt and Ben kept us full upto date via a private what's app group which is much more forward thinking than the last agent.
Clear fair and transparent.
We might bring our other 2 properties across to them when the time comes.
Easily 5 stars, I wish I could give more.

Meeting the first time Matt and Ben with their promise of a new approach to letting, made an impression on us. We were delighted with their ethos to keeping costs down and passing these savings on to their customers.
As landlords, we had a house to let and we appointed them as agents.
We knew already that November was not a great time for finding tenants, but they went above and beyond the usual advertising tactics to secure the tenants we wanted in a timely manner.
The whole process has been easy with excellent communication. There was always someone answering the phone and replying to messages when you really need and not according to standard hours.
One of their big assets is being very approachable and relaxed, without lacking professionalism: they are reliable and hands-on with bags of experience.
When there is a contractor to find or some clearance to do, they have a solution at hand.
R & G Property certainly fulfilled their promise of a fresh approach to the sector, and we are smiling landlords!

These guys saved me! All the new complications for landlords simplified for me. And they really are different….no irritating over-matey typical “lettings agent” conversations. Really nice guys who make you feel they not only know what they’re talking about but want to do what’s best for you! You get to speak to the same person every time and they couldn’t do enough…even took away some rubbish bags for me and generally made me feel confident. And the money transfer took seconds.
