If you're looking to rent a property l highly recommend Taylors. The service l received from Lilly and Nicole in particular was 2nd to non. They have kept me up to date with the the things l needed to do and made the process of renting a little less daunting than l thought it was going to be. Thank you Lilly and Nicole for everything you've done. I feel quite settled even after 3 days in my cottage in Chipping Sodbury.

We nearly used Callum Sawyer who works from Taylors for Countrywide mortgages and he was a total time waster, it was obvious that he was trying to trick us into paying him money for things we could do on our own such as putting an offer on a house which he told us that we could not do without him. He would not send us our AIP and just 'goasted' us when we asked for it, and then made us get paperwork we didn't need from an accountant which cost us money we didn't need to spend. After meeting a professional mortgage advisor he has advised us that this is not how things should be done. Really disappointing as he should have been there to guide us through the process as first time buyers but instead he just tried to take advantage of us. Avoid!!!
