* AVOID as much as possible! Regret having had anything to do with this branch. So many times they agree with you on something on the phone, but then deny it completely. Terrible service for our check-in, check-out and any communication about ending the tenancy. ** DODGING a lot! I used zero deposit and they used COUNTRYWIDE to do the check-in and check-out report. The check-in report was concise and had super low-quality pictures and general comments while at the checkout they did a comprehensive bit-by-bit report with loads of dodgy comments on issues with furniture that existed before! Even of the things that were not mentioned in the check-in report. They tried to make a big claim for a deposit based on this!... Read more

I cannot comment about the entire process of selling our house as it has only just sold but certainly from the moment they came round to value the house until now it has been more than satisfactory. Rosa initially came and she was non-pushy, patient and interested and emotional with me too!! All the girls who have dealt with us and carried out viewings were great but it was ultimately Jane who said 'don't worry I will sell your house' that did just that!! We sold exactly a month after it went live on Rightmove and I know that Jane worked really hard to get the right people through the door. She was straight talking which we liked and communicated brilliantly with us up to where we are now. Thank you all those involved in our sale.... Read more
