Michael sold my house recently without an issue and we have just moved out. The chain and other various professionals involved in it made the whole process really painful. I am not sure I would have kept my sanity if it wasn’t for Dawn and Jo @ Michael Nicholas! Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful and approachable. After using one agent for many months to sell our property we moved to Michael Nicholas Estate agents. From the initial meeting we had a honest conversation on the market value of the property backed up with a file of data. This showed impressive research of the market and has proved to be accurate as we have not completed the sale. The contact through out has been very professional and i will call out Dawn for working to finalize the sell on a late Friday afternoon and several interesting calls until after 6pm and getting the job done.
