I simply cannot recommend Brunt & Fussell highly enough. It is true to say I wouldn’t be sitting here happily in my lovely new home without them. I suffer from high anxiety and have been trying to pluck up the courage to move for several years. I recently purchased a property from Brunt & Fussell and cannot recommend them enough. Prior to this property we had numerous dealings with othe agents (both chains and independent agents) and had some really negative experiences. We came away from our first viewing with Jody feeling so positive! There was no pressure and no sales tactics! He was super knowledgable, trustworthy and honest (something we had no experienced in some of the other agents we had dealings with).
Our offer was accepted and Jody and the rest of the team at Brunt & Fussell were great throughout the rest of the journey of the purchase. Their communication was always fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and I felt in safe hands the whole time.
I have no intentions of moving ever again, it if I ever needed to buy or sale a property again I would absolutely be going straight here and will be recommending them!!

Having let the property in June 2021 shortly after we had difficulty with the tenant. which lasted until the middle of November with a court order eviction notice. During the whole process Jon and his team was there supporting us throughout the length of a very difficult and stressful time. We could not have done this without the support of Jon and his team. We would highly recommend them they help us get a new tenant into the property in January 2022 they continue to manage the property for us. We will continue to use them in the future.

I found a property via Rightmove which was let by Brunt and Russell. Their staff were really helpful and friendly, they listened to our needs and worked quickly to meet these. During the move they were extremely helpful and no complaints since I have been a remnant. Well recommended (surprising, seeming as they are still estate agents after all!)
