As a young female first time buyer, they were were rude and dismissive when speaking to me. They were not interested in my asking price offer, prejudging (incorrectly) that I could not afford it and taking six days to respond. They clearly wanted it to be sold to a buy to let landlord instead so they could get the letting business.

I’ve had the worst Experience with Steven Gosling who as soon as me and my mother walked in asking for a place to rent, dismisses is completely, doesn’t bother to take our details at least despite them having properties that confirm to what we are looking for available. Very unfriendly service, would not recommend.

I had bad experience with Sarah Lee, David and Ali, team in Harrow branch. I found them very partial towards Landlords. They are not helpful to resolve any DPS issues.Agency is to just facilitate paper work and acts in favour of landlords. DONT USE this agency in Harrow at least
Finally they dont hesitate to Produce FAKE BILLS to show the after tenancy work done by landlord. Agency and Landlord both were unable to provide proof of Professional Services Used for cleaning but asked for huge amount to settle with unprofessional landlord. Be aware of this ageency

They advertise property (relatively undervalued on streatfield road, Stanmore) on rightmove, but they say 'no further viewing' for few days now. They said 'they have more than 10 offers and seller instructed them 'no further viewings''. But still advertising on rightmove. They are not trying to offer their other properties to callers for the property either.
My suggestion is, never appoint them as solo agency and keep contacting them as client to make sure they are trying to sell your property for the best price.

Was told previously to viewing a property, on several accessions the property rental value was indeed 2500pcm. On that basis I was prepared to put in an offer after making time to view the property. However on the day of making my considered offer, I was told by the owner of the estate agent (Rawlinson Gold) that the property now, was actually valued at 2200pcm! That is a huge difference in rental terms.Total waste of time. As you will see many bad reviews especially with regards to owner of Rawlinson Gold Agency, extremely rude and a very obnoxious manner. Did not even apologise. I do not recommend using these agents at all. I was looking to purchase a rental property. Shame.

Useless agency, do not waste your time with them.
I found a house I wanted to rent out and after the viewing the agency were going to get everything sorted and told me they would contact me the following day. At the end of the day I called since nobody got back to me and the agent told me they were contacting the landlord and that he would get back to me the following day.
This same thing repeated itself 5 times with phone calls and emails both being ignored. I tried reaching out to the manager hoping to push things ahead, but he didn't seem particularly interested.
To this day (over a week later) I'm still waiting for a response back. It's a real shame as the agent himself was quite a nice guy, but when it came down to actions and substance they were utterly useless.
If you are a landlord looking to let out your property, believe me you don't want to waste your time with Rawlinson Gold, as a prospective tenant I won't be going anywhere near them.

We marketed our property and within 1-2 weeks agreed an offer. Then global pandemic hit and our buyer lost his job. We re-marketed the property and despite stagnant market conditions in early June, Rawlinson Gold found a buyer and we completed few weeks ago. Throughout the process we have mostly communicated with Shahzad who has been extremely helpful in negotiating with all different parties and quickly and effectively dealt with all queries. Highly recommended!

The worst agency ever!!!I called them to book a viewing for a flat and i told them is for me ,my husband and my brother and they said the property is not for 3 people,when they answer the phone they said they have a few 2 bedroom flat for rent but they didn’t try to help or to check for another one or to take my details for the future,the agent was very rude,he said just is not suitable for 3 people and he just hung up on me.They loosing good people because of that,i have a lot of friends who live 3 people in 2 bedroom flat and its ok,for them is not ok,for them is ok the people who lie about who gonna stay in the property,not honest people.I hear a lot of bad things about this agency but i did’t belive until now,i never write bad things about something but they make me very angry.

I met the manager after having some issues with my house purchase. I was called an ungrateful person and told, shamelessly, that their job was to squeeze as much money out of me as possible! I was also told to sue the seller (the same person who was their client a week earlier!). Genuinely couldn't care less about who they deal with as long as deal is made.

I have dealt with Estate agents before, and in my opinion Rawlinson Gold are amongst the top agents out there.
Anyone can sell or buy a property - but if it was not for the help from Christopher Booth the sale for sure would not have been completed.
What I mean by this specifically, is the after sales and to help push the property sale through when it got to Solicitor stage needed lots of attention from Chris - which he obliged.
Chris would phone the Solicitors and help the Seller and help me daily!

I called to view the property back to back for 3 days and was told that I will hear from them on Saturday for viewing. On not hearing from them, I went personally to the office. They had no clue of booking for me. When they came to know that the property is for a single mother, he started defending saying the landlord may not accept kids etc. And in an hour's time when I called to view it again, I was told it's gone. One of the partners, has a problem with single mothers I guess. I was told the same thing for another property too.
They are losing on good clients this way. So very disappointed with the attitude. The agent had a very laid back approach to book the viewing and now I lost the flat. I hope they have actually found a tenant and not lying just to ignore a good but single client.
I might never use them again.
