Birju, the agent who assisted us in viewing and renting the property is a great person and an asset himself to Brockenhurst. Very approachable and reachable over phone for anything throughout the process. Gave us enough time to decide on the flat and also guided us on how we could settle the finance. Agent bothered checking on us if we settled fine in the flat or if we had any issues, which was extremely kind and rare. The other agents we met at office for paperwork were also professional and extremely good at what they do. We are quite happy we got a property through Brockenhurst. Brockenhurst team helped me get my first house on rent when I arrived in UK. Great thing is - I am still living in that house and its nearly 3 years in the same house. Absolutely awful!!! Avoid!! New entity/team as advised in older reviews has had no change to the company. I only dealt with them for 6 months as the service from this company was so bad, We exercised the break clause! I have had all the same issues I am reading about from previous reviews. At the end of the tenancy, with returning of the deposit, deducting random costs and stating there was damage to part of the property. The person siting this report clearly did not read the report from when we entered the property as the marks where clearly already there as displayed in the inventory at point of signing the contract. Not even smart at the games they are playing. We had to revert to legal support due to the lack of professionalism this company has. Employees should be embarrassed to work for such a place. They really are dirty Wiesel’s. We have also reported to ombudsman and trading standards... Read more

I am a customer of Brockenhurst estate for last 1.8 years and recently vacated a property becuase we are shifting in our own house. Birju Panchamati was my property manager from April 2019 till the time i got my deposit back. He came across to me a very professional, dedicated, honest individual who understand his customer needs and requirements. Whenever i use to call him for any issue in the property (irrespective of time/day) he use to act on it and made sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Even during COVID 19 and intial lockdown hw assured that our family is safe and all the issues are resolved timely. Kudos to you Birju...
