Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!... Read more

Unprofessional and very rude staff at this branch. I have complained to Head Office before but nothing has changed. 5 stars to the staff at the Whitechapel branch, such a shame it is closed. If you are thinking of opening an account at Al Rayan Edgware Rd, do not. Difficulties understanding staff as some don't speak English properly.... Read more

Can never get through to them on the phone, on any of their lines. They never pick up, you are just kept on hold. Their app doesn’t even allow you to register and you can’t sign into online banking through desktop. Absolutely useless. I will be changing banks.... Read more

Absolutely peace of grabige bank. That is real name of Alryan Bank!!! They have shifted all customer to new kind of app which only works on new software which you can only get on brand new mobile, hence barklays which is biggest bank in UK, their app can run on andriod 4 and below but for Peace Grabige Bank you need new phone. I have reported them to FOS and they found them guilty as charge, ask POGB to pay me compensation, but this shaddy bank, fighting with FOS as well, now FOS have taken next step of their procedure. MY GOD WHAT KIND OF ISLAMIC BANKING IS THIS MAKING JUST TROUBLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. TO HELL WITH YOUR BANK!!!Stay well clear... Read more

Absolutely atrocious. been trying to get an account for my wife, me and one for my baby. its been 4 months. every time i try and call im left on hold not getting a chance to speak to anyone. no response is ever satisfactory. Normally i dont say anything against individuals but here its like the company is rubbish and every member of staff really dont care and just want to get you off the phone. So sad.... Read more
