Hello ..I did not sell my flat through...this agent.. and there was no where to say my flat was unsold. I had to find another agent to put my flat on the market.. This agent was extremely enthusiastic and with this exuberance, over priced my flat, then worse, he did not mention the merits that I had paid the top money for flooring throughout the flats and I paid for proper and real wooden shutters. He also did not mention that ther was also a large store in the basement available and belonging to the flat. Needless to say, there were a few enquiries to start then viewings and interest waned to nothing. What I paid was completely wasted..... Read more

Angela who was our Estate Agent at Remax was excellent. She kept in touch with us regularly, she was always working in the background. She was professional in her approach. We had no issues with the Dundee office, but we had comments from perspective buyers that the Dundee office staff were not helpful.
