After having experienced problems with other estate agents in the area I remember saying to Nimi how nice it was dealing with her. She was always happy and welcoming on the phone and in person which was a lovely change from the others that I won’t mention. I ended up buying from redwoods and was very impressed with the service I received through out the purchase. My purchase was long and troublesome due to problems with my buyer. I spoke to Nimi so much over this time that I’d now go as far to say that id consider her as a friend and would definitely drop in to say hi if I was passing the office. We sold completed Dec 2020. Outstanding service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Nimi and Catriona highly enough. We had listed our property numerous times over the past few years with various estate agents, namely chains. The service we received from Redwoods was amazing compared to the dreadful service from the chain agencies. Redwoods is run by Nimi and Catriona so they really care, and are so dedicated to selling your property and making you happy. The larger chains don’t care. They have high staff turnover and lose interest if your property doesn’t sell itself after the first 6 weeks. This isn’t the case with Redwoods. They make it a mission. We were very very happy with the service we received, and would never use anyone else again in the future. We also saw how Nimi helped both ourselves and our buyer with our solicitors which were painfully slow and uncommunicative. Nimi didn’t stop right till completion. These ladies work their socks off, it’s their business so they really care, and work all hours to keep you happy. Don’t use anyone else - seriously !!!... Read more
