Rita is the best agent i have worked with for a while now. Her communication is top notch between me and my landlord and its always ontime or with advance notice. She is very patient. She represents the agency very well.

Absolutely shocking service from results.
When tracy was the owner we had many years of happy memories in 2 different properties tracy helped us both times.
Then rita took over results and it was shocking even tried to claim all our deposit at the end which thankfully DPS saw through the lies and awarded us our full deposit back.
Rita tried to claim all flooring needed replacing as it smelt of cat urine which was just another lie. but then the property got relisted with the exact same flooring so there were more lies.
She caused my wife massive mental health issues and just wouldn't stop harassing us.
The property suffered with severe damp which I had a builder look at who advised us to get out the property ASAP as it will cause severe health issues if we continued to live there.
He said the building was not up to purpose and needed a lot spending on it to clear the damp for good. He even said he couldn't smell urine just severe damp smells we had many people in the property saying the same that the damp stank.
Rita just kept upping the rent but not solving the damp issues.
Honestly my advice would be go with any other rental agency in the area and avoid results if you value your health and happiness.
Rita just likes to harass and abuse tenants and on one instant even said she works for the landlords not the tenants! In my opinion should you not have a happy medium and work for both?

Anita and her team acted for me in the sale of my property. From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. They put together an extensive sale package including professional photographs and video. My property went live on a Friday evening, which produced a number of viewings over the next 7 days, conducted by a member of the team, which resulted in an agreed sale subject to contract by the following Saturday. Although it was a straightforward sale with no chain either end, it got bogged down with the usual protracted legal stuff, but eventually came to completion. Throughout this period Anita & the team were on top of things and kept me fully up to date with everything that was going on.
They are a very professional team and would highly recommend them as an estate agent.
