The company was founded in 1984 and since that time has continued to be Rushden’s Longest Serving Estate Agency with over 40 years experience, and is still a family owned and operated concern. As of the 1st February 2001, the company amalgamated with Messrs Cooper Beard Property Services, of Bedford. Since then, the group of companies has expanded even further and now form part of a bigger group known as the Beard Group.

First class treatment, especially from James Coles, Ben and Callum. Nothing was too much for them, they were always available to help out if needed. Great experience with regards to house purchase and sale. Would highly recommended them.

Sue has been incredibly welcoming and helpful during my move. From the point of the viewing to collecting the keys today she has been so friendly, welcoming and very responsive. I am extremely familiar with the process as i work in the industry myself but her can do, kind and calming personality was exceptional. It was straight forward, easy going and she was informative throughout. I know how stressful and time consuming the job actually is so Im very appreciative of her help in finding and moving in to my new home. 10/10 service and I would absolutely recommend! Since I live in the USA I was not sure how easy it would be to sell a house in Rushden. Mike Neville's was recommended to me, and they certainly delivered. They were helpful through every step of the process, particularly James Coles and Callum Gameson. They went above and beyond in helping me complete detailed questionnaires from the solicitor that required physically visiting the house (impossible for me to do from across the Atlantic!). Very happy with their service.

Whether you're looking to rent or buy, or if you're a landlord or a tenant, you're guaranteed to get the best service here. Their way of doing things involves great communication, respect, top-quality service, and complete dedication, and it's sure to impress anyone. I can't recommend them enough, especially Adam, who's not just the best at what he does but also a fantastic person. The rest of the team are just as amazing and professional. I'll always remember my time with them.

AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS!
I had a btl a few years ago, I was put of with the whole venture after Mike Neville vetted the tenants, which stopped paying the rent which cost me a lot of money and stress after going to court to get my property back. Because of this experience it affected me then and now as I still think about it and the potential future income I have lost since selling due to getting out of the lettings game due to this one incident. They don’t care as this was one property out of hundreds on there books. I put my trust in people I don’t even know. Very poor agent.
