Overall this was the hardest sale we ever experienced and despite RS claiming to have passion for what they do on their website, through our dealings with them, we can confirm this is far from reality. We experienced poor, slow, and disengaged communication, and we felt as if we were a burden everytime we emailed/called for more information. Property was over 1m and you would think they would show some interest but on the completion day we had to drive to their office to pick up the key when in the past we have always had Estate Agents meet and greet with Congratulations at the property purchased. No attention to detail and nothing in the way of customer service with a smile.
Crucially, we discovered they were in possession of pertainent information with regards the status of a shared driveway, and they purposelfully witheld this information we believe to push the sale through, so that we didn't discover the historical issues with respects to the road, nor the extra costs that we now face as new owners with regards maintanence in excess of 10K the second we moved in. We asked repeatedly about the status of the road in the first viewings and despite having emails from the vendor/neighbor involved they chose to skirt the questions and plead no knowledge of the driveway status and historical issues between the neighbors. We found this all out through prying in the 11th hour by our solicitor and by that time we had no recourse but to agree to sale as we were in temporary lodging and had little choice as the stamp duty holiday end date was looming.
We therefore would advise any interested home owners to steer well clear of this Estate Agency and we will advise anyone who asks in the future of our very unfortunate experience in dealing with them, in what should have been an easy transaction.... Read more

Our move was anything but straightforward plus we had the added complications of Covid19. However, the team at Richard Saunders really demonstrated the value of a good estate agent with great friendly communication and a really positive attitude. Matt, Clinton were excellent and when furloughing struck in stepped Michelle who was amazing in pushing the move over the line. Whilst always doing the very best for us, she may as well been our buyers agent (although she wasn’t officially) and at the same time she liaised with and pushed the appropriate solicitors with prefect judgment.
