Our move was anything but straightforward plus we had the added complications of Covid19. However, the team at Richard Saunders really demonstrated the value of a good estate agent with great friendly communication and a really positive attitude. Matt, Clinton were excellent and when furloughing struck in stepped Michelle who was amazing in pushing the move over the line. Whilst always doing the very best for us, she may as well been our buyers agent (although she wasn’t officially) and at the same time she liaised with and pushed the appropriate solicitors with prefect judgment. I would thoroughly recommend the Saunders team to anyone.

From the first viewing until completion, despite the lockdown and all its curve balls, the team there was nothing short of faultless. Professional and responsive and willing to go the extra mile to cater to some very non-standard requirements that we threw their way.
