6 months ago i bought a property in Putney that was selling through KFH Putney. the process was expertly handled by Hannah who managed a difficult seller [ her client] to perfection. i was so impressed with her professionalism that when i decided to sell the house a short time later [ i decided to buy a bigger place] i shopped around but soon realised i should stick with Hannah as my selling agent. This is our third with Sally’s involvement in 10 years; when it comes to making huge life decisions you need someone who can build a great relationship with both you and your counterparts, and I have no hesitation in recommending Sally in this regard. Hannah and Sally sold my house. They were so helpful and extremely patient! I needed a lot of reassurance and they were supportive , available, communicative throughout and although must have been driven mad by me, never openly gave that impression! We originally lost out on the purchase as we weren't under offer, but it came back on the market and they reached back out to us straight away. They were great at helping to move the process along, were always very responsive to email/calls and were very pragmatic.
