Hannah Chown was really poor. She regularly showed me around properties that were not suitable for me despite asking what I was looking for on multiple occasions.
She frequently made promises that the property was perfect for me - I reluctantly went to view each time based on this and always left disappointed.
The final straw was turning up to a viewing 30 mins late, not caring and proceeding to show me a property that was the opposite of what I was looking for.

As a first time buyer the whole process was fairly new to me, I got fairly tired of estate agents sending me things completely out of budget/ in the wrong area/ or not at all to my specifications. We recently sold through KFH with Siobhan. We were generally quite dubious about estate agents as we had gone through a few in the Putney area who just lacked general professionalism. Siobhan met all expectations that all the others fell short of. She gave us regular updates, feedback on viewings, took time to actually view the property by herself, so as when she did viewings she was comfortable and fluent.
She had impressed us pre sale with the above but when we had an offer accepted & we were going through the sales process with solicitors, this is where she really went above & beyond. She chased the solicitors regularly on both ends & kept the wheels turning. Without her the solicitors would have easily taken an extra 4-6 weeks. She provided instant communication between ourselves & the buyer. She also helped overcome a couple of issues that could have been deal breakers with the delay the solicitors have in communicating & leaving people to ponder.
You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do because it shines through, Siobhan is one of these people & we are grateful that there all still agents like her around.

I can't recommend KFH, and in particular Sam Fallon, highly enough. She was extremely diligent in chasing both sets of lawyers and liaising with the overseas vendor to ensure a timely completion during a very busy period in the run up to Christmas. But for me, it was Sam's willingness to help with all the non-essential extras that really set her apart. She made my move infinitely less stressful by negotiating with the vendor to let me store belongings at the property in the weeks between my lease expiry and completion - and waited with the patience of a saint whilst everything was unloaded! Trying to secure an apartment for my daughter now living in London and we are keen, as parents, to make sure we make the right purchase. Sam Fallon has been excellent in trying her utmost to get a deal on the table between the owner and ourselves. It is still ongoing but feel a real trust in Sam and feel confident that the knowledge she obviously has for London properties is assisting myself and my husband to make an informed choice on area, price and standard. Extremely impressed with the communication, dedication and perseverance to make sure my sale goes through. Sam Fallon has gone above and beyond chasing estate agents and solicitors down the chain (often on a daily basis) to find out exactly what was going on / what the delay was etc. Sam has also been very helpful taking time to let me see the property numerous times before the sale completes. The office seems very well run eg. when Sam isn't in she has left up-to-date notes so her colleagues can update me. I almost felt KFH were working for me! I would certainly use them again in the future if buying or selling.
Judy Urmossy has also been very helpful when Sam has been out of reach.

Very thorough and really supported us through the selling and buying process.
It was easy to get in touch with all the members of the team and we enjoyed working with Judy, Sam, Theo and Naomi, who were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
It was good to know that at what could have been a stressful time, we had the support of the KFH team, who helped us navigate exchange before the EU referendum.

Both Samantha Fallon and Judy Urmossy were absolutely fantastic at all stages. Their advice with regards to valuation and selling before the EU referendum was invaluable. Sam kept me constantly updated throughout and sorted all the various issues with regards to surveys/solicitors and the complicated chain. I only wish I had more flats in Putney for them to sell for me.

Excellent service all round and especially from Judy Urmossy. Judy could not have been more helpful to my wife and I. If we had any concerns especially with the Solicitors she would say 'leave it to me and I will sort it out' and she DID. The other very good aspect of her interaction was the way she kept us posted on the progress and status, without being asked. We can thoroughly recommend the Kfh West Putney branch as THE Estate Agent to use.
