I have been renting a property for a couple of years now and have been so impressed with their service - the initial search for a suitable property, their service throughout the rental period and then the final goodbye when I left. At all times Nicky has been professional, helpful, supportive and friendly. Emails are promptly answered & nothing has been too much trouble. Eleven years ago as a novice landlord I was fortunate enough to meet Robbie, from the first meeting until yesterday the 9th May 2022 they have enabled me and my tenants (their customers) to benefit from their expertise, great organising, when things go wrong or break, legislation changes, I could go on and on. On a personal note I have always felt that we were like a team, where my financial interest was always a consideration and the Tenants satisfaction was paramount. So to finish whether you are a landlord or tenant Robbie and her team are there for you, happy tenants happy landlord.

Robbie Howarth has been a really efficient and trusted friend to me and my rental property over more than 20 years. I am a landlord that has been using Robbie and her team since May 2019 . They sorted out the original contracts and dealt with some teething issues very efficiently. They have access to a great team of tradespeople who sort out issues, managing the appointments with the tenants. They also do this for any of the trades I engage directly.
When I have had questions they are able and willing to offer advice and ideas, which is valuable service.
They managed the change over of tenant seamlessly and found new tenants ready to move in. Very happy with the overall service, highly recommend.

I have rented my property through Robbie Howarth since 2009. During that time I have found the agency to be very professional, prompt and efficient. Most importantly they are skilled at sourcing quality tenants. Recently my tenant of seven years decided to return home. Even in these unsettling times the agency has managed to re-let my property within the month. Any problems with the property have been sorted quickly by competent trades people. I feel my property is in safe hands and I know my tenants have appreciated the agency’s helpful assistance when needed. Robbie Howarth Estate Agents are brilliant. They have been letting two of my properties and have been exceptional, nothing is too much hassle for any of the team and all issues are dealt with very efficiently and in a timely manner. When a tenant leaves the property, they ensure that it is put back on the market as soon as possible and give a very fair opinion on what needs to be done to allow the property to appeal to the current market. I have had no issues at all with Robbie Howarth estate agents and would recommend them to anyone.

Moved into one of there UNFURNISHED! flats to our astonishment it was partly furnished ( very cheeky!! ) which we had to store in one of the bedrooms, we were nervous of scratcing there furniture we even had to take it apart to move it! Also ignored with a few things! to many rules does not feel like a home.
Don,t like renting these days it's horrible!! No pets! beige paint ! Etc etc etc

You can’t give 0 stars, so I’ve had to give 1. I have just moved out of a property “managed” by them for 4.5 years.
During that time the Gas Safety Certificate was late every year (except this year when I arranged it myself), management inspections which they say will be carried out quarterly ended up being once every 15 months and anything reported to them was ignored. When the ground floor toilet broke I was told that we have another one upstairs so make do, which is fine unless you can’t physically get to the first floor toilet due to ill health. I ended up paying to have the filling mechanisms both upstairs and down repaired myself.
The property externally deteriorated severely over the 4.5 years due to them instructing workmen who had no idea what they were doing. The ultimate case of this was the flashing for a Velux window which had fallen off and was told by the person they sent to fix it that it wasn’t needed – until it rained over the Christmas period and water damaged the inside. I arranged for a professional window fitter to re-fix the flashing which stopped the leak. Another Velux window which leaked constantly was never fixed as they couldn’t grasp that it needed a flashing. They also arranged for the property to be painted externally by a painter who went over the existing paintwork – subsequently it is now all peeling off and allowing water to attack the underlying structure. The incoming water main started leaking externally, which they said was above their remit. They then told the landlord it had been sorted but delayed the works by three months as the landlord didn't know he needed to give permission to have the remedial works carried out for free by Dwr Cymru.
Added to their blasé attitude to the Data Protection Act (they’re still not registered as of today 11-12-2017) and their end of tenancy charges (such as £10 to return a deposit via the bank, which is the only option (unless challenged) and 20% admin fee for dilapidations) which are not contained in the tenancy agreement and you have an agent who you should avoid like the plague.
Oh, and as others have said they’re incredibly rude.

Personal and efficient service when renting house from them in West Shore Llandudno.
3 years on I'm now a landlord using their property management lettings team and can't fault their rental and legal knowledge of property management.
There's also a handy free car park and fab coffee shop next to the office. Very convenient when popping in to Robbie Howarth.
