10th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

19th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )- 30th Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !

Ffion the the Beresford Adams reprecentative who dealt with us was extremely professional throughout, and went the extra mile to help and to make everything run as smoothly as possible for us. I would highly recommend Beresford Adams and in particular Ffion for their professionalism, friendliness and enthusiasm in their attempt to be as helpful as possible.
11th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)I work for the nhs and was visiting a very poorly lady this afternoon, and had parked in the car park behind this ladies house, which I hadn't realised was actually owned by Bob Parry Estate Agents in Llanrwst. There were no signs to say it was a private car park, and not being from this area I just assumed it was for the residents of the area. After my visit with this lady, I returned to the car park to find the entrance/exit had been blocked by a red Mercedes, to which a lady passing told me belonged to one of the estate agents, so I went in to ask to be let out and apologise for not realising it was a private car park. I was met by a very rude, short and overweight man with grey hair, who I'm assuming was in his 70's, and with his righteous attitude, I'm assuming he was a manager or maybe even Bob Parry himself, who told me that it was his car park, was sarcastic and said 'good for you' when I told him I worked for the nhs and was visiting someone very unwell, wanted to know who I was visiting which I obviously couldnt tell him, to which he told me that i was incompetent, and told me he wasn't going to move his car. I explained that I didn't realise it was private as there were no signs, and that I needed to leave to visit another patient, to which he said it wasn't his problem and he wouldn't be moving it. Thankfully another member of staff was present, who kindly moved the car to let me out of the car park. As I said previously, I had no idea that it was privately owned, otherwise I wouldn't have parked there, and I won't park there again now knowing this, but the attitude from this angry little man was ridiculous, and I wanted to make a complaint and maybe suggest putting a sign somewhere to say that it is privately owned, as if he were to be rude to someone else like that, I worry that they wouldn't show as much self restraint as myself. 8th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)A friendly, professional service from Sean, Julie and the team. We were really happy with the photographs and marketing of our property. Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.
17th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We used Bob parry as letting agents . From start to finish they were unprofessional to the point of rude . Unreliable, did nothing we paid them for from basic giving the tenants a copy of their contract and deposit information to refusing to pay the tenants back their deposit after they moved out. They constantly ignored emails , made a huge fuss about having to do viewing on weekends and then did not show up for viewers . Their communication was none existent . I have never ever worked with a company so blatantly useless . How do they even have any client base at all . We left as soon as we could and would never use them again even if they were marketing my dream home I just would not trust them . The amount of lies we were told , it was quite sad .
19th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

We went with Matthew at Currans because he was so enthusiastic about the property and he gave us a detailed assessment of how he had valued the property which was really appreciated. The property sold quickly due to the excellent way it was presented. We were very happy with Matthew and the Curran’s Team.
