What a great service provided by this estate agent, all to the expertise of Tim Robinson; we were really impressed with his manner, local knowledge & interest.
His advice was spot on, advising our sale via online auction involving minimal costs, and the prospect of realistic market price.
The results being from the day of our first meeting with Tim, to sale being completed; - 15 weeks and to top it all off the final price exceeded even my expectations, and I was accused of being an optimist.

Tim and the team are highly professional and friendly and have gone out of their way to sell my home quickly, smoothly and at a great price.
I had tried to sell previously without using an Estate Agent When this all started to stall I had to act without the advice or expertise I needed and the sale fell through a few days before I was due to move.

Selling a house in current difficult times was made less stressful and surprisingly easy by Tim who sold the house first day on the market at the best price. Social distancing and safety was excellent at our single meeting, the rest done online or by phone. Sue was amazing, keeping us informed at every stage and guided us through the process throughout. Can't thank the whole team enough for their care and kindness.
