I recently sold my house through the Birkenshaw office.

To say the process was prolonged and stressful is an understatement! But the staff at Robert Watts were brilliant, updating both myself and the buyers on a very regular basis with what was happening, and clearly doing everything they could to move things forward as quickly as possible.

An excellent service.

Recently purchased a house in Birkenshaw, sold through Robert Watts Birkenshaw office.

As a buyer we found Robert Watts' service to be excellent and professional, especially Tabby who provided regular telephone progress updates. Whenever I called the office my call was answered or quickly returned and any enquiries I had were quickly looked into.

Tabby's quick communication and professionalism helped myself and my partner retain confidence that our purchase would be eventually successful, despite appointing a very illusive & difficult local solicitors.

Fantastic Estate Agents and would have no hesitation of appointing them in the future when the need arises.

Booked a valuation yesterday for 2 days time. Notified the tenant who re arranged his appointments to accommodate the visit. Today, less than 24 hours after I booked it, I get a call cancelling the appointment. When I asked why all I was told was, "the valuer cant get there". Very very poor service. Disappointing when you're trying to give a local company business to be let down like this. If you cant get the very first step right how will you conduct yourself through a sale to fruition?

Recently purchased my new family home in Birkenshaw through Robert Watts and was very impressed with their service. They kept me up to date with any developments as well as weekly updates when we were waiting for conveyancing. They were very understanding with moving dates as we moved from quite a way away. Its a shame that hopefully we will never have to use them again as we have found our forever home. Highly recommended, and who wouldn't want to live in lovely Birkenshaw?!

I have dealt with the Cleckheaton and Birkenshaw offices and staff at both are very professional and friendly. My recent purchase was not a straightforward one but all the staff , Nicky in particular, were patient and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

I find the staff very rude when speaking to to customers. Customer services goes a long way but in this case its non existence. I'm a recruiter so I undestand how working well with people goes a long way and Robert Watts could learn from some customer service training.
