We have just experienced an outstanding, 1st class and professional service from Robert Watts to sell out late parents home. Jenna is an absolute star ??????. The initial contact was with Lucy who carried out the valuation. She gave good advice of what to do prior to the property being fit for viewings. Then Jenna became our main contact and Negotiator for 90% of the rest of the sale and go between, between us and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us up to date with everything. Constant contact with updates from viewings, offers chasing up solicitors and go between, between us and the buyer. Faultless service throughout. When Jenna was not avaliable we also experienced the same service from Amelia, Holly and Charlie. All in all we experienced a 5 star service. A huge thank you to everyone. You made a very difficult and sad experience so much easier. Well done!!! ??????

We recently purchased a property where Robert Watts were dealing with the sale - the service we received was incredible! It was an incredibly long, drawn out process (through no fault of the agents) and they were really supportive and responsive throughout. As we weren’t technically their client we are very grateful for all the help and support they offered us!
