Highly recommend Robert Watts for their professionalism, dedication and friendliness throughout the whole process. Tabby and the team kept us informed every step and I would like to thank them for their patience as it wasn't an easy sell (no fault of theirs!) My only regret is that it's taken so long for me to write this review! Please use them to sell/buy your home - lovely people!

We were selling my late parents house and had a number of Estate Agents visit and value. We felt that Robert Watts knew the current market in the area we were selling and valued the house at a price that reflected a true price based on the local property market, property condition and Robert Watts local knowledge. Once on the market then we had regular contact from our local office in Birkenshaw. A number of viewings were arranged by the Branch. Once we had agreed a sale at the price it had been marketed at then we went through the selling process.
Robert Watts often updated us before our solicitor as it was clear they were committed to helping the sale go through and had rung them to find the current position.
In terms of the Company then I was impressed by the Knowledge of the market , very good communication with ourselves and that they would respond to e-mails or phone calls.
I would be happy to recommend them if you are considering selling a house

I would have preferred less viewings from timewasters, and for the agent to do more upfront triage to rule these out

Robert Watts were absolutely brilliant throughout my home purchase. Great communication at all times and kept us updated. Lucy was brilliant in helping us find the perfect fit for us. Amelia was fantastic and was always available for a call whenever we had questions. Would use Robert Watts again if we ever need to sell or buy a home.
