Came in to sort paperwork out. Straight away the staff were rude. The woman dealing with us had an attitude and when we were trying to sort things out she threw the paperwork at us. She was shouting at us and giving abuse and told us to leave for asking questions. So rude and unprofessional. And that was the manager.

Excellent service provided by Robert Watts in the selling of my property. The evaluation was carried out by Lucy. She was very pleasant and gave me all the information that I asked for. Then at the office I dealt with Holly and Jenna. Both were brilliant in communicating with the buyer, their solicitors and same on my side. They assisted both parties in achieving a smooth sale. They replied to emails and calls promptly. Thanking all the staff at Robert Watts for everything. Highly recommended.

From the start when James watts came to value our bungalow we was happy with his courtesy and business manner and the valuation.

They were quite good or as you'd expect whilst house was being put up for sale. The bad experience came towards the end, lack of communication and then pushy and almost bullying of my elderly parents because they'd failed to communicate a time to be out the property that they'd agreed with the buyers. One minute we were taking a break from loading the vans sat eating fish and chips the next we were having to throw everything out the house and into neighbours gardens whilst we did trips back and forth with the van. Luckily weather was nice, buyer turned up and parked on the hill despite no funds confirmed as cleared, it just put a very sour end to the whole experience. Now selling my parents property as they've both passed and I will not even consider them after the last time.

Worse agents. Shocked the way they dealt with us. Never to use again. There’s more fantastic agents around Wibsey. Who work along u and keep u updated being a positive or negative outcome.
