My name is Andy Plaistowe and I am the Branch Partner. I have worked at Robinson Michael & Jackson for over 20 years, with most of those spent at the Gravesend office.
Our office is located in the centre of Gravesend on King Street and boasts huge window displays. The double sized, distinctive frontage means we command a lot of attention from the passing public. We take great pride in the wide selection of homes we showcase and the number of properties we sell every month.
I work with a highly professional team who strive to make us the most effective estate agency possible - acting in our clients’ best interest at all times. Feel free to come and meet my team and discuss your future plans.

I had a positive experience with RMJ Lettings team. I was looking to rent my first property and from start to finish the process was very quick. Ella was very helpful and understanding of all my questions that I had which I appreciated. Libby and Ellie where on hand throughout the process and then I met Simon for my key collection. Went through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend branch to sell my parents property following their passing.
Andy and the team showed from the start compassion and understanding, knowing the difficulties of selling your family home of over 69 years.
Never having had to go through this, the team, in particular Jo, Tammy, Nicola, Ryan and of course Andy, explained the process with Probate involved.
Apart from a few hiccups along the way, no fault of RMJ, they kept in regular contact and updates of how the sale was progressing.
They are very professional and efficient in what they do.
Happily recommend and will use them again when need arises without hesitation.

As a returning client to Robinson Jackson we knew that our experience would be professional and well handled from our initial meeting for valuation with Andy right through to completion on the sale of our property and purchasing the property we wanted to move to. The whole team Lily, Mariya, Ryan, Nicola, Tammy & Jo were always courteous, professional, kept us informed each step, managed any niggles that came up and finally handing over to us the keys to our new home on moving day! I'd like to share my experience with Robinson Michel&Jackson selling my property.
At the beginning I had a meeting with Lily and understood all about my selling process and fees.(no hidden fees what so ever). Jo was really helpful through out my Exchange and completion. she chased up my solicitors and updated me every week and speed up the process. thank her :)
Very friendly team and responsible.
My only mistake was chosen online solicitor instead of get recommended solicitors from Robinson Michel&Jackson. (as I was on chain I lost quite long time because they were slow on procedure).
I Highly recommend them from experience.

Went through Robinson Michael & Jackson at the Gravesend brnach to purchase our first home. Though the process took a while to get over the line, our interactions with Jo, Ben, Nicola, Ryan and all other staffs at this branch has been exceptional to day the least. They are very professional and efficient in what they do. There communication is second to none, you never have to worry about missing anything because if you do, someone from the team will be getting in touch with you sooner ragher than later to make sure you are well informed. All in all, amazing service and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family looking to purchase a property.

I appointed RMJ to market a house which was the subject of probate. Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. There is a good team at the office but I would particularly like to mention Jo Rossiter who has been my main point of contact and with her thoroughly professional handling and extremely personable approach the sale is now complete.
