I would really urge anyone to avoid at all costs. I wouldn’t buy a house marketed by them again.
You will NOT be given truthful or accurate information and will be repeatedly lied to.
You will continually get your hopes up only to have them smashed down after missed deadlines and wrong information being passed along.
No one seems to actually know what is happening and what is the next step.
No urgency,
Very very poor at keeping you up to date and giving you information instead you will be told what they think you want to hear, and then after being told something it won’t happen.
Honestly if you want to move find an estate agent that will work for you and works with a decent solicitors. Their solicitors aren’t worth the time of day and are appalling.
Please avoid to save yourself unnecessary stress.

Choosing an estate agent is a very important part in selling your house.
The process as many thinks is, you choose your agent, agree a price, sell your house, then move.
For some that is the case, but for others it can be a stressful and timely process and that's why you need an agent who works for you and with you. That agent is the whole team at RJB.
Jareau, Kevin and Charlie-Ann from the sales team dealt with the sale of our house professionally and compassionately from the initial valuation right through to the end and they have an excellent knowledge of the market, area and are a highly experienced sales team, providing honest feedback. Their advice is trustworthy, and they dealt with our sale with an outstanding amount of patience
Margaret and Andrea from the progression team, and Kim the branch administrator have also been fantastic in dealing with the progress side, keeping us up to date at all times and also dealing with any complications that arose.

The progression team have kept us informed of the progress of the sale, any conversations with Solicitors and the Purchasers, all the way through. This was very reassuring and made us feel that you were working for us quickly and efficiently throughout the process.
I would also like to commend Andrea and Margaret for their enthusiasm and politeness.
In fact, every member of your team I spoke to was unfailingly polite and friendly.
One often hears people complaining that Estate Agents get their commission for doing very little. This has certainly not been our experience with you. We feel that you have earned your commission and deserve it for the work you have done and the excellent way we have been treated.

I've dealt with many Estate Agents over the last 17 years and the RJ team in Bexley uphold very high professional standards and ethics. It's all very well any estate agent getting you an offer, but you need an experienced team to hold the transaction together, and if the worst happens and your buyer pulls out you need a strong brand with many viewers on their books to find you another one very quickly. Couldn't have done anything better, 5 stars all through the process

We chose from 4 local estate agents and opted for this company on the basis of the positive initial meeting with Kevin. We were delighted with the valuation and the advice we received about the best way of selling the property. We were kept fully informed about viewings and offers. We had some offers which didn’t result in a sale but ultimately we had a realistic offer which we were happy to accept. Following a terrible experience with one of the other well known Bexley Village Estate agents we took our house off the market and relisted it with RJ. Following this we had 14 viewings booked for the first weekend which culminated in 3 offers and the house being sold.
Kevin and his team are extremely professional, proactive and courteous. They certainly do not conform to the stereotypical estate agent! The progression team are incredibly efficient, they chased all relevant parties on a daily basis and kept us up to date at all times. The sale and purchase of our houses was pushed through within 3 months despite a three person chain and extensive unexpected extra surveys on our new purchase.
Overall we were very impressed with RJ and can not recommend them enough.
