Unlike another large chain estate agency in North West Kent and Medway the staff at RM&J have been courteous, respectful and pleasant to look at houses with. They communicate well, listen to your needs, listen to your thoughts and NEVER pressure you - the seller is the client but unlike the other company they understand and appreciate that without the potential buyers the process would not happen, and the buyers are treated with as much respect. I would like to particularly thank Nancey, she has a lovely manner and has a very professional attitude to her work. Having had an extremely poor experience of another, well known estate agent locally, I have to say that moving to Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood was like night and day in terms of customer experience. If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your house, Robinson Michael and Jackson Strood Branch is the estate agent for you. We got an offer after less than 6 weeks on the market. During the initial part of the sale process we got good feedback from the team as how the viewings were progressing. Unfortunately the only disappointment was the second stage of the sale after we received an offer. This stage was dragged by the solicitors. I think a constructive feedback will be to offer better communication between the solicitors and the estate agent. This will be an important key aspect to improve. Since in different occasions we didn’t know in which stage of the sale we were and we were told one thing by the estate agent and another thing by the solicitor. In the end, we would like to say thank you to Michelle Wilkins for her help in pushing the final stage until the end. We would recommend this estate agent but if we would have had the choice again we wouldn’t use their solicitors.
