I have recently had the pleasure of buying my first home with Robinson Jackson Belvedere, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience.
From the beginning, the team were professional and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process (that was brand new and somewhat scary to me).
I would like to say a special word for Sharon Williams, my amazing Sales Progressor... She went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible, always available to answer my questions (even when silly and repetitive), providing regular updates and advise, with a very friendly attitude every time!
I won't lie and say there was no stress whatsoever but thanks to Sharon and the entire Robinson Jackson team, I did not feel alone in the moments of stress, a very valuable thing!
I cannot recommend the Robinson Jackson Belvedere team highly enough! Thank you all for such a positive experience!

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by George, Charlie, Sharon & Amanda at Robinson Jackson, Belvedere branch! They helped us to sell our flat as well as the purchase of our 'forever home': completion within 5 months of accepting an offer to the sale of our flat and of us making an offer on our purchase. Key factors which made us choose them: Friendly, Honest, Dedicated & Great Communication (always get a quick reply & queries answered both by telephone calls & emails) Helpful: have good contacts for potential buyers, vetted viewers so we don't have time wasters. Open for business 7 days a week. We also went with their recommended Solicitor, Abby Smith at 'Cook-Taylor Woodhouse'. (See separate reviews for solicitors) For the quality of service - I highly recommend anyone reading this to put your trust in George Bontoft & his team to sell/buy your property. Both estate agents's and solicitor's fees were very reasonable. We have already recommended them to our (now ex-) neighbours - who have now put their flat on the market with Robinson Jackson, Belvedere branch. Good luck and best wishes to George and the amazing team he has! We hope you will be no.1 top Estate agents for a very long time, as it's well deserved!

Robinson Jackson represented both us and our buyers throughout the process. Nat, was a great introduction to the agency. Helpful, warm and always on hand to help. The sale of our flat went on for a lot longer than expected, due to unforseen circumstances, and this made the process incredibly stressful for my family and the vendor who was selling us his house. It was one of the most stressful experiences of our lives and without the support of Lauren, from the progressing team, I do not know how we would have got through it. I cannot praise Lauren enough, she singled handedly kept the chain together for over a year. Kind, caring and avaliable on evenings and weekends when I needed her. She always knew what to say to make me feel better, even on the worst days. Robinson Jackson are very lucky to have her (she deserves a bonus!). Thank you to Sam too for always being lovely and supportive too.

Great team with an especially kind, supportive and hard working individual called Maria from the progressing team. Not only did she stay on top of everything but she also tackled anything no matter what you threw at her, from the basics of understanding questions in hard paperwork which even adults find hard to understand to solve and explain any questions you have A-Z. I Mean, I had a whole roller-coaster of a process not only because my solicitor was slow but it was also because of the up and down moments I had with communication between the solicitors. I almost gave up and was thinking about re-mortgage, thinking to avoid this one opportunity to go on the property ladder but Maria was incredibly positive and supportive even in the toughest times. And The icing on the top which was the patience of the team including Jamie Nicol, Robert Langley and Chris Perkins by them willingly sacrificing there time, even after the branch was suppose to close, this proves they do everything in consideration of your benefit.
My final mention goes to Joe Lazaroo and Rasheed Williams from Lewisham Office for there incredible support through the sale of our property!
