We had jack come round and help us with all the paperwork. Staff very accommodating we had viewings on Saturday. The house was sold Tuesday excellent work.

Buying a home can be stressful, but thankfully our broker made the whole process so much easier by guiding us every step of the way. We reached out to several companies, but many either left us waiting for responses or didn’t feel genuine or transparent in their approach.
Tammy from the Gravesend team truly stood out. She was consistently kind, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout. Even tho she had to work around the clock for us, changing few of the appointments hours or dates, Tammy remained positive and helpful.
I’m really grateful for all the support we received and would happily recommend Robinson & Jackson.

Thank you for all your help in the process of our buying our first home!
From the moment we contacted to book a viewing the whole team have been so helpful. From showing us around to chasing solicitor's daily in the final stages, nothing has been too much bother. We really appreciated the weekly updates from Jody and all her help in pushing our purchase over the line! Without her we would have truly been lost. DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.

I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.

I had a very positive interaction with the team at Robinson, Micheal and Jackson especially Lee and Reece. Everyone I spoke with was professional, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. They took the time to communicate clearly and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. It’s clear that they value good communication and client care, which really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.
