I Used Robinson Jackdon in Belvedere to sell a house well I was over the moon with everything they did what a professional company nothing was to much trouble no matter which member of staff I saw they were brilliant. Thank you so much to all of you I will certainly recommend you. If anyone thinking is thinking of selling contact Robinsons in Belvedere you will not be disappointed.

RMJ took my house off the market after just 2 weeks because I declined the first offer which was initially below my minimum selling price, and was then increased to the lowest figure of my selling price band but I felt the property was worth more. It was not my intention to take the house off the market. Also I paid £140 for a “glossy” brochure which has not materialised.

I withdraw my property from the market after a few failed viewing. I was contacted by staff member about putting my property up for bidding.
A little disappointed and certainly didn’t want my property to be auctioned.
I would recommend Robinson Jackson but best to use an independent financial service as opposed to agent own adviser regarding remortgage.

Team Connor, Alex, Lydia Sophie, Stuart, Ellie, Katie and Amelia are quite reliable, dependable, assuring, and committed to success, in fact, they are ever ready to put smiles on your face, no matter how long you have been battling with property challenges.
The day I had an encounter with this team, the whole story changed with a twinkle of an eye. They followed me up back-to-back till I moved in and still assigned a team of their staff to stand by me always.

Honestly couldn’t have done it without Lorraine and Maria from Robinson Jackson. The sellers had the worst legal team on earth but Maria and Lorraine were calling them every hour on the hour to try to stop the lawyers from stalling the process. They also consistently sent chaser emails to keep the process moving along. They updated me every 30min via either an email or phone call and even got the seller themselves to go to their lawyers office to sort out the situation. The team went above and beyond and the Robinson Jackson director, Chris, even had to speak to the director of the legal firm at 9pm, well after closing hours, to push the process along. The whole team gave great effort and didn’t let a single one of my phone calls to the office go unanswered so I honestly cannot thank them enough.
