I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property.
Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with.
I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

Ranj was absolutely brilliant! My boyfriend and I are first time renters and Ranj made the whole process very easy and clear. We finally settle downed. A week passed, and we really like our new home. We are so lucky to meet agent Ranj, during the letting process there are lots of documents need to be prepared, we got so many questions need to be answered. Ranj replied my emails and calls very quickly. He kept updating the progress.

At the beginning everything went good, as they want to get new costumers, during our tenancy we had few problems and they send people to fix them relatively quick but once we left the property....what a nightmare! Almost two months making calls and being ignored by everyone there to get our deposit back! After 40 days we get an email saying they will reduce 200 pounds from our deposit for cleaning purposes ???????? After that we said we will take legal actions against them and in 5-7 days we had the money back! UNPROFESSIONALS!!!

The beginning of course great, because you care about new clients. However the end of the tenancy was a joke.
Experienced valuation of the contract. Deposit held for more than a month. Ignoring calls and emails by the staff. The amount of stress and anxiety caused by the agency in those uncertain times? Wow
If you don't want to be pushed around, do not go there.

Rolfe East sold my house and my parents house. Despite both transactions being long drawn out affairs, Chris Baker of Rolfe East remained calm, patient and professional throughout. They achieved better than expected sales prices and their sales commission was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Almost 3 months ..still not received deposit from them
All times they said nobody’s available to speak with us and never call back like they promised
We call them more then 5 times and send so many emails and nothing happened ..
Last time they said the money has been transferred and wait 3-5 working days and still nothing happened
Never recommend to my friends and my clients this estate agency anymore !

Not great at dealing with clients. The agent I was assigned to was hard to get in contact with. Other staff say that they will ask the agent to call back but never does. It took over a week to get my holding deposit back which should have taken 3 days max. Don't waste your time!!!

Outstandingly helpful service by Ranj Rashid, who we would like to personally thank for his assistance, his kindness... and his patience towards two new tenants as fussy as ourselves!

AWFUL AGENTS. I moved out almost three months ago and have still not received my full deposit refund. The agents paid me a random figure which was not what I originally paid in deposit. For three months I have had to chase up on their mistake and yet have received nothing, they've been super unhelpful and have had no urgency in getting this money back to me despite it being their mistake!! Useless.
I honestly would not recommend them at all.

From the very beginning Sasha (our consultant) was very present and honest and had our best interest in mind when my flatmate and I were house hunting. In days when she was out of the office her team (shoutout to Shane!) was very quick and just as eager to get us our new home.
