About Ross Nicholas & Co

We Specialise in Residential Sales -Residential Lettings – Commercial Property – Land & New Homes – Residential Building Surveys – Domestic Energy Performance Certificates

Formed in 2000 Ross Nicholas and Company is a wholly owned private practice, owned by Ross Nicholas Wilkins who is based at our successful New Milton Office catering for all aspects in estate agency. In 2006 Ross Nicholas and Company acquired Murray and Morris which had an established central trading position in the village of Highcliffe for over 35 years which was refurbished and rebranded and computer linked to our New Milton Office. The office is now run by George Gosling who has extensive experience and local knowledge backed by an excellent team of four.

With offices in prime locations on both New Milton and Highcliffe high streets, Ross Nicholas & Company is proud to offer a personal and efficient service to buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords of property in Hampshire and Dorset. We are a wholly independent, family run business, and pride ourselves on our knowledge and understanding of the local area.

Ross Nicholas have recently started managing two of my rental properties. They kept me fully updated every step of the way, I never had to chase them for anything! Tenants are settling in very well and I look forward to continuing to deal with Ross Nicholas

Not a letting agent to trust. We found them dishonest and fraudulent, clearly using tenants deposit to line the pocket of the landlord in a dishonest way.
Following further information from other residents and local authority we are looking to forward a complaint to the property ombudsman there was also a refusal to show a gas safety certificate. When asked twice at start of tenancy and never shown one.
As stated in the opening line not a letting agent to trust. And the landlord was clearly dishonest and in on the scam.
No apology received for the dishonesty

I feel now on the eve of completion of my Aunt's sale of Kenilworth Close and subsequent purchase of Morant Court, I would like to express my whole hearted thanks to your business during this process from start to finish. Primarly; due to one individual that has grasped the gravitas of the situation knowing that my Aunt is in advancing years and that the timescale we needed to move in was essential. Her timeless pursuit of this fact, dedication and professionalism has left a marked positive experience of this process and should I feel, be absolutely recognised. At times your profession is sometimes maligned and I admit I have in the past been guilty of this however after 24 years in the military and 'knowing what needs to happen to get a job done' I was so proud to have your company on-board. Absolute professionals, that went the genuine 'extra mile'. One second behind our Conveyancer in providing information and kept me abreast of every single part of the process, I was so impressed. On my request she even visited my elderly Aunt to clarify paperwork when I was offshore and unable to attend at the time. It really has changed our opinion of Estate Agents, an utter breath of fresh air. Needless to say when we come to pass on our Aunts property we will look no further than Ross Nicholas.
