Nikola supported us throughout and kept clear lines of communication between all parties involved. The whole team at Sage were extremely helpful and efficient and we genuinely can't thank them enough - albeit a small office at the Risca location, the help they gave and professionalism throughout was truly outstanding.?????

Couldn't ask for better with Carol and Nik. They were both very friendly and professional during the sale of my property, and were excellent at remaining in contact with the buyer and my solicitor throughout the whole process of selling my property which calmed my nerves during the months until the sale on my property were completed. I can highly recommend Sage as estate agents.

Terrible customer service. Wont give you further details on a property if you not able to move within 28 days which means you have to give notice to your current landlord before having the security of having a new home lined up.
Even after mentioning this, the simple reply was: "no problem, all the best"

Shocking service. Lying to your face.
We bought a house through this agency. Just before we collected the keys we were told over the phone that everything is ready for us as we have discussed previously a few times. The property is in a terrible condition, although we were assured that it would be ready by the time we collected the keys
Instead of the joy of buying a new house, it ended in tears.
Wouldn't recommend as they keep teling you lies.
Very sad experience
Update: week later and still no reply to email. No apologies. Not even trying to fix the oversights
