Bought a house through sage and co and can honestly say carol in the branch from start to finish was so helpful,not only did she go above and beyond to help me with the process if it wasn’t for her my chain of 6 houses would of fallen through my own estate agent didn’t keep me informed had no interest in if my sale went through carol kept everyone in the chain on board I can’t thank her enough,I even wanted to take my house off sale with the other estate agent and put it up with carol because I knew she would do everything to help me though the sale I would recommend sage and co to deal with any house process one hundred percent

I did a part exchange with persimmon. Sage and co handled persimmon and future buyer aspect of the sale. I didn't need to be in direct contact with them at all but when I called to see if everything was ok the other side if the transaction I was handled with great care from Carole. Carole was always happy to help and couldn't do enough to reassure me and talk me through anything I needed help with. I would recommend sage and co 100%. Always got through straight away when I called and always had a call back when promised. Thank you again Carole x

The way they work are unprofessional. We came and saw the house on last Thursday. After that, we transferred money to keep the house and one lady called us that we needed to send them the application form and said that we can scan and send her on the next day. We did it on Friday morning and they called us and told us that they let another people rented it even we paid the money first and sent them all documents. Really disappointed. The first time I heard about this agency company and I recommend not to use their services

Booked a viewing for 3pm no-one showed up so I called the office at 4pm to cancel and the guy hung after I said I wanted to cancel the appointment after no-one made an effort to call me. Mr sage himself was the one doing the valuation and it was him that answered the telephone. lucky escape by the initial standard of customer service I would recommend Pinkmove they seem to know how to look after their customers.
