I bought a property through Sage and whilst not their client in any formal sense, I was so very impressed with the service they provided. The purchasing process was protracted and staff (Nicola in particular) were incredibly responsive, professional and proactive. I didn’t have to press them at all, they were always one step ahead, and so very friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very understanding of my situation and reassuring in their approach. Was very pleased with the internal photos of my property and the management of viewings was faultless and efficient. My house sold first weekend of being viewed for the full asking price ..so that says it all. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed with our first experience with this estate agent. After £1200 spent and the discovery of 2 holes in the roof following a roof inspection and prior surveyor report, we were keen to get the repairs completed to prevent water damage to the house we were buying. It was then, after 3 months of a lengthy mortgage process, and trying to speed things up, that we discovered probate had not been granted with no indication of when it would be. A breakdown in communication somewhere along the line which really should have been conveyed towards the beginning of the purchase. Although, it is legal to sell a house which has not been granted probate, I would urge prudence when buying through Sage and Co. The 'wise' choise might be to go elsewhere. Disappointing for a company that has been around for a while.

I would highly recommend Sage & Co to sell your house. The service from start to finish is fantastic and they take all of the stress from moving house away. They chased continuously and made the move happen as fast as possible. Emily and the team know exactly what they are doing and I would 100% use them again????????
