One star as they did sell the house but only just.
At one point they tried to convince us the house wasn’t freehold because someone in the office “used to be a conveyancer”, then didn’t take my word for it, to which our solicitor had to step in! Could have cost us tens of thousands!
Don’t bother, we only stayed for the ride as we already had a keen buyer on board, otherwise would have gone elsewhere.

I found the risca branch lovely to deal with while I was in the process of buying my house. The process of buying became very stressful and complicated due to other issues, but the team were very reassuring and patient with me. I particularly found Julie, Sara and Callum very kind and patient.

I’m completely new to this area so I don’t know anyone or anywhere. I came to view a property and it ticked all the boxes for me and my situation. My cash offer was accepted and sage and co were brilliant throughout. They gave me details of recommended solicitors and tradesmen as I need to have some essential work done to the property, as it’s always a worry dealing with tradesmen that you don’t know or have any knowledge of. I contacted the agent several times throughout the process with questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble, the whole team were really helpful and professional and welcomed me to the the area. Would I recommend them or use them again, most definitely I would.

The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for.
One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings
