I am very satisfied with my experience with Sage Agency in Risca . Purchasing a property through them was smooth and free of unnecessary complications. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism at every stage of the process.
What I appreciated most was the communication — it was fast, clear, and consistently at a high standard. As a buyer, I particularly value the agency’s approach to offers — there was no artificial bidding or “auction-style” pressure. All current offers were presented to the seller transparently, which builds trust and allows for decisions to be made without unnecessary stress.
I would highly recommend Sage Agency to anyone looking for a professional and honest property service.

The team at Sage&Co Risca were absolutely brilliant and so supportive.
I think I’ve spoken to all of the staff on different occasions throughout the buying process and everyone is so lovely and helpful. They were more than happy to help with any questions we had regarding buying our forever home as first time buyers, and always acted quickly if anything needed to be raised to either the sellers or the solicitors.
Not that I plan on buying another house any time soon, but I would absolutely use Sage&Co again! I would 100% recommend them! Thank you all ???????

Sage were excellent throughout the selling process and succeeded in getting an offer within a short few weeks, and at full asking price! Their dedication and communication levels were second to none, which is a rare thing these days. Thank you Sage and Co.!

One star as they did sell the house but only just.
At one point they tried to convince us the house wasn’t freehold because someone in the office “used to be a conveyancer”, then didn’t take my word for it, to which our solicitor had to step in! Could have cost us tens of thousands!
Don’t bother, we only stayed for the ride as we already had a keen buyer on board, otherwise would have gone elsewhere.

The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for.
One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings
