Had a great experience buying a property through Sara at Sage & Co. Super fast responses, no question too small, supportive and understanding. Thanks to Carol and Callum as well for also being helpful and efficient when Sara wasn’t available. Usually your estate agent acts only with the seller in mind, but Sara really recognised our position as buyers. Only downside- no bottle of wine waiting on the counter when we completed! But it was an expedited completion so we’ve forgiven it ;) thanks again Sara & team.

Unfortunately for us we had a very protracted sale due to first buyers pulling out day before exchange of contracts then house had to be re-advertised. Throughout the whole interaction with Sage we have had brilliant communication with phone calls and emails returned within hours. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and use again if needed. Thank you Carol and Team

The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for.
One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings
