Absolutely awesome!
I cannot recommend sage residential enough!!! Becky was brilliant, we could contact anytime and felt really looked after, honest friendly advice, real care and attention, we feel like we completely trust Becky!
House on the market at 10pm Thursday night, to house sold by Saturday 10am ????
Becky even helped us negotiate "awkward" solicitors and kept everything moving behind the scenes.

From the moment we first met Becky, we knew that we were going to appoint Sage Residential as the agent to sell our house. Her professional, yet warm and calm demeanor were worthy attributes we were seeking. I know there is no such thing as an easy sale, however, even during the lengthy and sometimes very challenging moments, she was able to navigate through these times very calmly, professionally and when required, used a suitable amount of firmness with the purchaser and their advisers. Becky was a super star. Firstly she managed to find us the house of our dreams, which has been very tricky in the current market conditions. We then had multiple issues during our transaction with our survey, mortgage and chain. It nearly did not happen but Becky managed to keep it all together. We recently sold and purchased and Becky was the estate agent on our purchase. Throughout the transaction Becky kept in touch and updated us, in addition to being friendly and approachable. The bottom of the chain were not the most proactive and Becky was great in helping us to keep the pressure on so we could exchange and complete within our preferred timescales.
