Sam is an absolutely fantastic agent - he was the only one of the agents we asked who would examined the house in detail and gave a realistic valuation instead of just asking what we were hoping for and parroting that value back. He clearly has lots of knowledge about the housing stock in the area, advised us how to make the house more sellable and got us loads of viewings and a committed buyer within a short period of time. Maybe other estate agents could do that, but where he really earned his fee was keeping the sale on track through various wobbles. Chasing everyone up, keeping people informed, recommending and contacting various services (without getting kickbacks) and generally making an unpleasant process as smooth as practical. Would highly recommend his personal service over the bigger outfits.... Read more

He produced a high quality advert on his website and other sites such as Rightmove, which also included a video tour of my property. Despite the difficult housing market caused by the pandemic, which disproportionately affected flats, Sam was able to generate lots of interest which culminated in offers. My rental property went on the market half way through the Brexit drama and then into the coronavirus drama. Sam was amazing - I have to spend most of my time in London and while I was away he happily dealt with a flood, workmen, viewings and loads of various issues with the Council, Flat tenants, Solicitors, and the leasehold. Despite this Sam still managed to advertise, and regularly show people around - then At the peak of the virus and against all the odds he sold the property at a very good price.
