Dee handled my sale from valuation to completion, Nick gave valuable input and Layla handled viewings. They were all attentive, responsive, professional and friendly. Their knowledge and experience is worth it's weight in gold and I have greatly benefitted from it.

Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. 16th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Justin and his team did an excellent job looking after a number of properties for me in central Cheltenham over the past 4+ years.<br>CJ Hole has proven by far the most professional rental management company I dealt with over the past 15 years. Prompt attention to tenant and landlord concerns, swift to deal with any maintenance issues flagged and effective at securing reliable & usually responsible tenants.<br>Thank you in particular to Tinha, Zara and more recently Sara who did a great job of keeping tenants and landlord happy and making all stakeholders' lives simpler.<br>I am sorry to be parting company with CJH but unfortunately the RRA & current & anticipated UK governmental policy has killed the attractiveness of the rental market for many.

Viewings demonstrated how well these guys understand their local market and how Marc in particular listened to what we needed and provided valuable insight and advice along the way. From offer to completion was incredibly smooth, with no friction at any time. We never want to sell in this amazing location, but if we ever do we know who we’ll use. Thanks again.

2nd Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!
