Both Mandy and I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism, support, superb advice and recommendations. Thank you for always getting back to my many emails. :-) Thank you for organising Prime Progression once the sale had been agreed, their service was also excellent. They kept us up to date at all times and alleviated us having to constantly chase as they did all of that for us, which took away all the stress allowing us to concentrate on packing and the move.<br><br>I would not hesitate in recommending you and Errington Smith, you simply have been brilliant. They gave us a very accurate valuation, provided us with lots of viewings and feedback and did keep us informed (although regular communication was sometimes chased). You could tell they cared about selling our house.- 8th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Our sale sadly has taken 2 years through no fault whatsoever of Andrews but due to a legal issue. Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

Despite several unexpected bumps along the way, they kept momentum going and steered the sale to completion with genuine professionalism. I’m grateful for their persistence and would happily recommend them to anyone and of course will use them again for any other property sales I may have in future

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

Martin and Marc have always been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Communication is always easy and clear. I would highly recommend Read Maurice if you are looking to rent or buy.

And you can really tell the value of a company when they are praised even by their own service providers.<br><br>Without a doubt, they are the best in Cheltenham for negotiating or managing your property, and we would certainly recommend Karl and his team.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

Every time I reached out with a question, they provided incredibly quick responses. They made the whole process incredibly smooth.
